I put an order in at wish.com and selected the pay half now and half within a month. At first I was using a prepaid card and it said that it could not be prepaid to do half now and Half later. So I used my bank debit card I had in my wish payment methods and the first time it said can’t be a prepaid card so I did it again and it went thru. I selected everything that needed to be selected to pay half now and half within month. Well low and behold I was charged the full amount. Also, let me back track a little bit, while figuring out my shopping cart I enter the oromor code “winter” giving me a little discount. Before checking out I went and looked at my rewards and when I went back to my shopping cart I had a promo card that must have been from my rewards and not the “winter” promo cafe I enter cause my total to go up a little bit. There wasn’t anything I could do to change the promo code so I just let it go and went thru the process to pay half now and half within month. So to sum up story, my total needed up higher than should have been and my pay half now and half within a month ended in paying all right now. I decided to cancel my order and redo it and hopefully in that process the person helping me cancel could just fix it without canceling order. Boy was I wrong. Not only is there any way to speak to an actual person you can’t even type what you want or issue is, you have to choose from a list of choices all of which wasn’t really the reason for cancelling so I select other hoping to be able to explain situation. Yea I could explain my situation up to so many letters and couldn’t get past they were only suppose to charge me half now, couldn’t fit anything about promo code. So I try calling the only number found on google to which the prerecorded voice says to go online and the extension called is currently closed. I would love to speak with someone at Wish and get this corrected as soon as possible. I purchased a purse for my sisters birthday and now with payday three days away, the money not back in my account to redo purchase and no way to speak with anyone at wish it looks like her gift will be late. What can I do?!??
