I made a purchase online last week, the purchase was not going through and I was contacted by someone on a live chat, I told thme the purchase was not processing and they said to try again. I refreshed the page and did.*Still no confirmation of purchase so I left it at that.*I checked my bank a few days later and nothing had been taken so I reordered the phone only and a couple if accessories for it (less than the first order)*This transaction was fine straight away.*Now a week later, I am getting messages confirming the first two orders that were not confirmed.*I've just spoken to my bank who tells me I must contact the company first...*No access to live chat (all of a sudden), no working contact phone number or customer service info on their page.*That is ridiculous!
