I recently placed an order for 8 place settings of dinner dishes and forgot to use the 50% off code WINTER. When I contacted customer support, they ended up canceling my entire order instead of just applying the discount. I am frustrated because there were only 12 place settings available to start with, and now there are only 4 left when I tried to reorder. I urgently need the other 4 place settings reinstated as I require dinnerware for 8 people, not just for 4. I've made numerous purchases on your website totaling thousands of dollars in recent months, so this situation seems very unfair. Please rectify this issue promptly as I'd prefer to pay the full price than miss out on 4 place settings. I am concerned that if I leave this page, you may not receive my message, so please check tonight's (2/17/19) order page to confirm the dish pattern name. I placed an order and have not yet received it. The amount was charged to my card, but the items are missing. Please send my items or refund the money. Good afternoon, On 10/6/19, I received a notification about a package from Wish addressed to me. Upon seeing that the items were purchased for 5,[redacted].13 NIS, I was shocked as I did not make this purchase. I returned the items as instructed because only I have access to the app, and my credit card was stolen and blocked. I encountered an issue while making an online purchase last week. Despite trying to complete the transaction, I was advised by a customer service representative in a live chat session to attempt the purchase again. Following their suggestion, I refreshed the page and re-entered my details. However, as no confirmation was received, I assumed the purchase was unsuccessful. After noticing no funds were deducted from my bank account days later, I decided to re-order the phone and a few accessories separately, which went through smoothly. I have placed many orders since starting on February 4th, totaling $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have encountered a persistent issue where my products are being mistakenly delivered to a non-existent country, and even my wedding gown was sent to the wrong destination. Despite my repeated attempts to address this with support, I have only been told to wait and that the items are not here yet. The shipping times are lengthy, the prices are high, and the customer service does not seem to understand the problem. The tracking indicates that my wedding dress has reached a different country, not the United States, so I fear it may never arrive. I feel frustrated and disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and care for my business. I have contacted Bank of America's fraud department to address this issue instead.

I have submitted my bank statement twice already. The second submission was on December 25, [redacted]. I have not received any confirmation to clear my account yet. The bank representative also sent over a copy of my bank statement. I am wondering why there has been no response. According to Wish.com, a representative should get back to me within 3 days. I have explained the situation where my bank suspected my card was stolen, leading them to block my account. With a high credit rating, I pose no financial risk. I am eager to shop but have been unable to proceed with my purchases or even get a response. I kindly request a timely review of my statements to clear my account for shopping. I recently placed an order for an XL men's t-shirt that was on sale for Halloween. The shirt is white with the words "IN DEAD" and blood splattered on one side. I have not received any updates on this item. Additionally, I also ordered a pair of socks and was informed via email that they were on the way, but I have yet to receive them. The amount for these items has been deducted from my account. The price of the t-shirt I ordered has now increased to $18. I recently ordered some glitter gel pen refills, but it seems the order couldn't be processed due to the need for more information. I promptly provided the requested details. However, after submitting the information, I found myself still unable to complete the purchase. Strangely, $5 has been deducted from my checking account without any corresponding product received. It's frustrating that while my money was not successfully processed for the order, it was still taken from my account. The delivery was originally set for February 11, [redacted], but got postponed to February 18 for some items and February 20 for others. Regrettably, I only received one item so far, and nothing else has arrived. When I requested a refund for the missing items, I was labeled as an unreliable customer. I am truly disappointed by this experience, especially since I am also waiting for items from another order placed on December 29, [redacted], which I'm unsure will arrive. I am unable to access your website to claim the refund. How can it be that so many items did not reach me? I am sincerely upset as it's not in my nature to deceive or take advantage of such situations. If someone has taken my items, it is your responsibility to track where the shipment ended up.

During my third order on February 19th, I purchased items worth $43. Wish flagged an issue with my account and requested a photo of my driver's license through the payment issues section. Reluctant to share my license online, I initially hesitated but eventually complied. Surprisingly, they refunded all my orders from the 15th and then requested a picture of my bank account, which I don't have as I use a prepaid visa to pay. I'm puzzled by this request and concerned if it might be a scam. Despite this inconvenience, I generally enjoy shopping on Wish and hope to resolve this matter smoothly.

On February 4, [redacted], I received an email from wish.com stating that my payment was refunded because the seller could not fulfill the order. The email mentioned that it could take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in my account. However, as of now, the refund has not appeared on my card. Despite reaching out to customer support through their automated system multiple times, I have not received my money back or helpful assistance. I placed an order for a new car stereo for my husband on January 8th, [redacted]. The expected arrival dates ranged from January 23rd to February 3rd. Unfortunately, the stereo did not arrive within that timeframe. I was informed of an unknown delay and was asked to be patient, with a new expected delivery date of no later than February 20th. However, that date has passed, and the stereo is still not here. Despite trying to remain understanding due to weather conditions, my husband is understandably upset. I have previously been satisfied with my orders from this company, but this situation has caused me to lose trust in them. The camera I received is much larger than described, making it impossible to install as intended.
