I ordered * place settings of dinner dishes but I forgot to enter the **% off code WINTER* I contacted customer support but instead of them giving me credit for the money they cancelled the entire order for the dishes. I'M FURIOUS There were only ** place setting available to begin with & now when I went to reorder them there were only * place setting left! How could that be?? PLEASE HELP me & reinstate the other * place settings * I need a place setting for * people not * people!*This all happened within the last half hour........PLEASE FIX............I'd rather pay the full amount without the discount than lose * whole place settings (* dinner plates, * salad plates, * bowls & * coffee cups)*Please check my order page for tonight (*******) to get the name of the dishes pattern, I afraid if I leave this page you'll never get this message. Check your records You'll see that I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars on your web site within the past few months this is just NOT fair! I was told by your automated menu the best way to handle getting the **% credit was to cancel the item & reorder it again.
