I placed an order and you froze my account. I don't have a bank account so I can't show you bank statements. I have to go get a new ID which will take * to ** days. Is there any other way to free up the hold on my orders? This is a great inconvenience to me! I've ordered a multiple times to this company and now it's an issue and how are you going to take the money off the count and then freeze it?
