I ordered a hutch several times from several different sources through wish. Each time they said they could not fill my order and refunded my money. Finally, I received a note, that my hutch had shipped. Months have gone by, mind you. Then I waited and finally received a note saying my hutch had been delivered. The post office didn't have it. After a few trips I happened to look at the tracking number of a tiny package and discovered that this stupid ** cent cord was the item they were claiming was my $*** hutch. Then when I try to reach them, they say my account has been flagged for excessive refunds and is not in good standing. Needless to say I was very upset. I have NEVER asked for a refund, even when some items were not completely satisfactory. I also spend an average of $***. Per month as I enjoyed it until now. Mostly because I need the hutch and have been very patient instead of just getting it elsewhere. Given, I would have had to pay more, but would probably not have been cheated and insulted in the process. Further, I have contacted them daily and only response has been that my account is not in good standing until I buy more with no refunds. Again they initiated ALL refunds, and I was not happy about any of them. I wanted what I ordered and thought I was finally getting it. The only remedy I would be happy with is my hutch. If they deny me again, I will close my account. I don't have time for this now. I really don't understand, others reviewed them, somebody is getting them. I even ordered versions that were not exactly what I had initially ordered. This last version was exactly what I had originally ordered. I also made a point of not ordering anything that was noted with "almost out". Anyway, I am very upset as I stated before. I have been very patient and thought I was finally being rewarded for it. Instead I felt I had been stolen from and then insulted to boot. Especially when the item they actually send is NOTHING like what I ordered and no where near the value. It looked like a scam. I also had made a point of finding a seller in the USA. I am just mad now. And done dealing with anyone who has no phone number.
