You collected funds from my bank account FIVE TIMES for * order, for * articles, most of which I never received anyway, which caused my account to be overdrawn. Total funds LOST ON THIS ORDER WAS $***.**. My account was Kay Moore, in Butte, MT. I realize this is somewhat belated, but numerous attempts to contact you then proved fruitless. By the end of September I had no contact info. Please advise your solution to email shown.
