I won a daily giveaway item on January *, **** and it didn't automatically go to my cart. When I select the daily giveaway section it says " you claimed an item today. It has been added to your cart." But when I go the cart it isn't there and I'm super confused right now as to what is happening right now. This is also not the first time that happened, it's the second time. I really wanted to get this item. I think the way to fix it is to maybe send me the item for free with free shipping like its suppose to be in the daily giveaways.
