Wish customer service didn't help me with an item that I ordered and didn't work. It automatically blocked me from using the option because it tried to give me a refund. Two days after I received the smart watch I reported it as defective and nothing was done. Also I wanted to question why I hadn't received the airpods and it automatically refunded my money instead of helping me. And as for the vape, the bottom wouldn't stay closed with batteries in it and the button to change the Watts didn't work. Also the button to hit the vape made the Watts continuously go up. I'm not abusing the refund option, that's the only option that was given for defective products that I spent my money on. I would have been ok with exchanging the defective stuff for stuff that works. The stuff I ordered we're Christmas presents and the stuff was broken. I will continue to use the app but if nothing is done than I won't buy electronics from it again. I just feel I'm being punished for receiving defective products.
