I ordered a tripod that I really wanted and chose a watch as my free BLKFRIDAY gift. Unfortunately, my account got hacked, and the shipment was redirected to the US instead of my address in Jakarta, Indonesia. I have received previous orders without any issues. I contacted support through the app to request the shipping address be corrected but instead, they deactivated my account, canceled the order, and converted my credit card payment into Wish cash. Now, I have Wish cash that I can't use. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have not received a response since December. I am requesting that Wish convert my Wish cash back to actual money and refund it to my credit card, the original payment method. If not, I will have to warn others against using Wish on social media and to my acquaintances.

I recently placed an order for a tripod on Wish and chose a watch as my free BLKFRIDAY gift. Despite successful deliveries in the past, this time the situation unfolded differently. I reached out to support via the app, requesting them to correct the shipping address without canceling my order. However, they deactivated my account, canceled my order, and converted my payment into Wish cash. Now, I am left with Wish cash that I can't spend because my account is deactivated. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received a response since December. I am hoping for a resolution where the Wish cash is converted back to money and refunded to my credit card, the original payment method. If this is not resolved, I may need to caution others about their Wish shopping experiences.

Estimados, soy un cliente fiel y continuo con frecuentes compras, pero lamento informarles que el 60% de mis pedidos no llegan, generando grandes pérdidas. Solicito reembolso, aunque no suelo requerirlos a menos que sea necesario. El problema es la deficiente calidad de embalaje y demoras en la entrega. Comparo su servicio con Amazon y la diferencia es notable en cuanto a calidad, compromiso y estándares. Amazon ofrece seguimiento detallado, entrega rápida y notificaciones precisas, lo cual contrasta con mi experiencia. Dejé de comprar en Wish por problemas similares. A pesar de ello, volví a comprar con ustedes con esperanza, pero no hubo mejoras. Recibo 5 o 6 pedidos de cada 10 y al solicitar reembolsos, mi cuenta se ve afectada. Please cancel my orders and release my credit card. I won't have access to my bank statement until after Christmas, which is causing me difficulty. I am unable to buy gifts due to this issue. Kindly follow my instructions promptly to avoid any further inconvenience. My attorney will reach out after the holidays if necessary. The purchases made on your site have not met my expectations - 89% were fake or misrepresented, and the remaining items were either undelivered or subpar. This experience has a significant impact on me, especially during the holiday season, affecting not only my Christmas but also my grandchildren's. I hope you understand the urgency of resolving this matter to allow me to cover expenses for Christmas dinner.

I placed an order for a talking hamster on October 1st, [redacted]. Despite informing you multiple times that my order never came, it still has not been delivered. The expected delivery date of November 12th has passed, and it is now December 24th. After reporting the non-delivery once again, I was told that I cannot receive a refund and was offered a voucher instead. I am not interested in a voucher due to a previous experience with a fake roller painting set. I paid in cash for the hamster and shipping, which I have not received, so I am requesting a full cash refund. Thank you.

I ordered a sweater from Wish set to be delivered on December 8th, but it didn't arrive. Unexpectedly, I received an email saying I was refunded, which I never requested. The refund was only $11 when I paid over $14 for the sweater. I'm frustrated about not receiving my items after ordering 10 things since late October. I want my sweater back. My account is under the name "Nonya Business" and my email is [redacted] I believe the app might be a scam as I haven't received my paid items, and the partial refund is unfair. Despite being flagged for excessive refunds, I've only received one refund out of 10 unpaid items. This situation is incredibly aggravating.

I received my phone, but it's not functioning. Despite charging it for over 30 hours, it still does not turn on. I placed an order last month, in November, for multiple items. I received one small defective item from the order, but the rest never arrived. I have tried contacting customer service via phone multiple times, but have only encountered automated responses. An amount of $90.60 was deducted from my checking account. The website shows no order history despite the payment being made. Some of the missing items include a military-style coat, a belt, and gloves. No order confirmation was received. I am seeking assistance regarding this matter.

Hello, I am reaching out here because I am a satisfied customer of yours, but lately I have not been receiving my orders. This is possibly due to an incorrect zip code that changed automatically without my making any changes. Consequently, the packages have stopped arriving and seem to be circulating without being delivered to me. I realized the issue when I was labeled as an unreliable customer. This bothers me as I consider myself an honest and respected person. The situation described above is not my fault. In the meantime, I have continued to place orders with Wish, knowing that the situation will be handled automatically, taking into account the high number of refunds. Despite sending the requested pictures of my last bill for verification, I haven't received a response from customer service. This is my second message regarding the three kid smart watches I ordered - one pink and two blue. Unfortunately, one of the blue watches was missing, and the other blue watch does not work even after charging. This is a major issue as these are meant to be Christmas presents for my kids. I am extremely disappointed with this situation. I request to receive the missing blue smart watch and a replacement for the defective blue one. If this is not possible, I demand a full refund of $55. It is frustrating to spend my hard-earned money on items that are either missing or not functioning as expected.

I'm disappointed with the help from Wish customer service regarding the items I ordered. When I reported a defective smart watch two days after receiving it, they automatically blocked me from getting a refund. The same happened when I questioned the missing airpods and they refunded me without addressing my concern. Additionally, the vape I bought had issues with the closure, Watts adjustment button, and the vaping button causing the Watts to increase continuously. I'm not misusing the refund policy; it's the only option for faulty products I've bought. I would have preferred exchanging the defective items. These were meant to be Christmas gifts, and I'm upset that they arrived broken. I'll keep using the app, but I may avoid buying electronics in the future if this is not resolved. It feels unfair to be penalized for receiving faulty products.

The reason for canceling is the potential delivery to an incorrect address. The website layout needs enhancement. Instead of direct transition from the cart page to order confirmation, there should be an intermediate check-out page. This step will allow customers to review their order on a confirmation page before finalizing the purchase. In cases of errors, customers can rectify mistakes before completing the order. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Wish.com. Despite my $[redacted] purchase, most items received were of very poor quality, unsuitable for adults, and not as described. The sizing is completely off, and the clothes are thin and cheaply made. I have been trying to reach customer support for a total refund and to cancel the rest of the order with no success. The products are unworthy, and I just want them out of my home. The slippers are comically large, the winter coat is as thin as a towel, and overall, the items do not match the online descriptions at all. I have encountered a nightmare with this purchase, and I am fed up with the lack of response and the misleading free return policy. It's disappointing how a seemingly easy online shopping experience turned out to be a disaster. Please resolve this issue promptly.

I am trying to make a purchase of almost $[redacted] on your website, but it is not accepting my payment. This is unacceptable. Either your company works and accepts my credit card, or you should shut down and stop frustrating customers. I have been saving up for eight months for this purchase, and now I cannot proceed. I am very disappointed and frustrated by this situation. I expect at least a 20% discount for the inconvenience I have faced trying to resolve this issue. Despite waiting for a response, I was unable to reach anyone via phone and only received an email response after 10 years of waiting. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Wish and their customer service representative, Gemma Donna, who mentioned that my order is lost in transit. As a paying customer, I expected more proactive efforts to track down the lost items. To add to my frustration, the 30-day refund period has elapsed. I feel neglected and angered by this situation. I made a purchase on Wish a few days before Christmas. The amount was deducted from my account, but when I check my Wish order history, there is no record of it. The only proof I have is the charge on my debit card. I've attempted to contact them through messaging with no success. I don't want to cancel the order; I just want to track it and know the delivery date.
