I need assistance urgently! For almost 2 months, I have been trying to reach out to customer service regarding multiple orders that I have not received, but unfortunately, I have not received any responses. I am very frustrated by this lack of communication and professionalism. Despite my previous attempts, I am hopeful that this message will receive a prompt reply. I will focus on discussing one specific order that I have not received, which is Order #5bebd653d07e000aab0bb993. In this order, I purchased 5 security cameras, but I am concerned about the excessive shipping charge of $60.00, as each camera should have incurred a shipping fee of $12.00. Additionally, instead of the cameras, I received a single motion sensor light, which is significantly lighter than 5 surveillance cameras. I urge you to address this issue personally and provide a genuine solution. I have been a loyal customer, having spent nearly $10,[redacted].00 this year, but I am unwilling to make further purchases until my concerns are addressed appropriately.

I realized that my order was refunded without my knowledge, and the funds of [redacted] have been deducted from my account. I am confused as to why the order was canceled without my understanding. Earlier, I cancelled two orders due to using the wrong credit card, but I still wanted the items, so I made the purchase using the correct debit card. Now, to my surprise, the entire purchase has been refunded without my awareness. This has left me extremely upset as I want the transaction reversed, my order reinstated, and the issue resolved promptly. I am worried about not receiving my merchandise in time for the holidays. I urge for the reversal of this refund and for my order to be processed as initially intended. I do not wish to miss out on these items due to an unauthorized refund process.

I've had a frustrating experience with Wish.com lately. Within the last two weeks of joining, my first five orders were all refunded due to an account issue. After resolving the problem with my bank, it took days for a Wish customer service representative to respond, claiming no issues with my account. Later, I received an email falsely stating that I requested a refund for an item that didn't fit, even though I never received it. Today, I faced another disappointment when my fast-shipped shoes, ordered on Dec 6th for delivery on the 12th, were delayed until Dec 19th without explanation. This continuous letdown makes me feel like I deserve compensation, especially for the missed shipping deadline. I hope for better customer service and prompt issue resolution in the future.

I ordered two pairs of "Fashion Women's Round Head Crossed Knee Length Belt Side Zipper Boots" from different stores on 11/24/18. One pair arrived, but the other one did not, even though both show delivered in the tracking information. I contacted the local post office and opened a case (Case# CA[redacted]13) to investigate the missing package. Can you provide me with a brief description of the packaging for the missing item so I can give it to the post office to help in locating it? Thank you.

When I initially ordered my phone, I was given a delivery window of 3 to 5 days. However, it has now been a month since I placed the order. I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I would like a refund or for my phone to be delivered promptly. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it to the Better Business Bureau and pursue legal action. I ordered around 15 items on Wish.com between the end of September and the beginning of October. Unfortunately, the items were sent back to the sender because I used to live in a hotel, and I couldn't update my address properly. As a result, I haven't received my purchases or a refund. I've had several issues with the website, such as items not fitting and a lack of a clear size chart. I wish they had better customer support for returns and refunds. I would appreciate it if they could refund me in Wish cash for the 15 items or to my new credit card since the old one I used is no longer valid. Thank you.

I didn’t receive an item I was supposed to get on Oct 25. When I try to request a refund, the site says I have received excessive refunds, which is not true. I received 2 refunds without asking because the products were not up to standard. Now, I have not received another item due on Dec 11, and I am facing the same issue on the site. I am unable to contact support due to being flagged for excessive refunds. The site suggests I need to shop more to get back in good standing, which I have done with around £[redacted] spent, yet I am still not considered in good standing. I am now waiting for the last few items to arrive before considering deleting the app. How can I not be eligible for a refund for items not received?

I have encountered multiple undelivered orders and items that do not match their descriptions. Furthermore, I am distressed because an order scheduled to be here by December 5th has not arrived and my account is now flagged due to these issues. I find it unjust that I am facing penalties for problems like late or damaged shipments, particularly since many of the undelivered items were beads and jewelry supplies ordered more than a year ago. Some orders that were investigated showed they were delivered to the wrong address. I believe the responsibility should fall on the merchant or the shipping service, not on me. Until these issues are resolved, I will refrain from making any more purchases on Wish. Despite the discounted prices, it is disheartening to spend money on products that either never arrive or are damaged.

I have been attempting to reach a customer service agent unsuccessfully. I received an email stating my orders have been shipped, but I did not place an order. I am concerned about how I was billed since I do not have my credit cards and would involve a lawyer if they were used without consent. I have been a victim of hacking multiple times this year and have closed all accounts as a result. If my PayPal is charged, I will take legal action. I just opened an account less than a month ago, so if they have any payment information, it implies hacking. I need to clarify how they obtained my payment details. The responses from the company have been unhelpful and accusatory. I have responsibilities caring for a handicapped individual, so I am not always able to check my emails promptly. If they have taken any money from me and intend to delay refunds for more than 30 days, I consider it theft. I have legal representation due to past hacking incidents and will ensure no unauthorized charges are made. I am prepared to escalate this matter if necessary to protect myself and others from such practices.

I am Ruben Eduardo Zuloeta Hurtado, and I had purchased a men's genuine cow leather crossbody bag, an aluminum alloy key chain USB flash drive, and women's genuine leather handbags using a Poste Pay credit card that I have lost. The items were sent to the incorrect address in Catenedolo but were returned to the post office. I provided my new Poste Pay card details, but I have yet to receive the items. I made a purchase on Black Friday and encountered multiple issues with my orders. Subsequently, I placed a new order with fewer items, but the payment was processed and then refunded promptly the following day. Upon attempting to reorder, I faced challenges with the promo codes not being applied as before. I had issues using promo codes and would like to use them. I also want to make additional purchases without buying the same items. Hello Wish, I have never bought from you before, but I tried to make a purchase that didn’t go through. There were repeated attempts due to my confusion, resulting in multiple charges totaling €[redacted]. Thankfully, the payment didn’t go through. Now, I want to switch my Mastercard to a VISA. I have canceled the purchases, but customer service is asking for a bank statement, which I can't provide as no purchases were made. They also mentioned that switching to VISA could resume the canceled transactions. I am struggling to explain this issue and find a solution to become your customer. Greetings.

I received an order delivered on December 11th, but I have not received the item.
