My name is Betty Jones and is recently made some orders using my DirectExpress MasterCard and I have never used your services before. So I accidentally order a few items that I did not want however there were several that I did need because they are Christmas presents for my granddaughter. I thought that I correctly cancelled those I didn't mean to order and keep those I wanted. However, from what I can determine every order is showing cancelled yet all of the money on my MasterCard has been taken off. I really need to order those particular gifts, but I cannot reorder them because all of my money is now tied up with your company in some fashion and I have thing to show for it, and this is much more than a simple inconvenience. I very much need to SPEAK with a human and try to straighten this situation out and I will be more than happy to purchase my gifts with your company and continue to use your services in the future. But as for right now I am very confused and extremely dissatisfied. I would most certainly prefer a telephone call because I am not very computer literate, please. I am I'll and older and cannot leave home to shop and I would really like to get this straightened out. My phone number is:*-***-***-****.
