I received an email about an order that I did not make. I am concerned that my iPad might not arrive before this Friday, and I need it for an upcoming vacation. Dear Adam, We have refunded the unauthorized purchases on your account and removed the billing information to protect your financial data. Your statement should reflect the refund in the next 2-5 business days. As a security measure, we have placed a permanent hold on your account to prevent further misuse. My item hasn't been delivered. I contacted Wish today, and they closed my ticket without helping. They stated it was delivered, but it's not here. I checked with the post office and searched my house and the neighbors - no one has seen it! I need a refund promptly. This was a Christmas gift, and I refuse to pay for an item I haven't received. The product in question is the Blyth Nude Doll BJD Neo Special Offer Toy Gift Long Straight Joint Doll from the store carryleen. There was 1 item delivered on December 1, [redacted], with the tracking number LN[redacted]67CN.

On November 10th, I placed an order for 6 sets of colored hair tape extensions - 2 purple, 2 blue, and 2 pink. Additionally, I ordered a grey fluffy gilet jacket. Upon receiving the jacket in size XL, it was much smaller than expected, closer to a UK size 6-8, and not as depicted in the image. After contacting the support team at Wish, I was issued a refund for the jacket. Subsequently, only 2 out of the 6 sets of hair extensions arrived, and they were clip-ons instead of the tape ones as ordered. I received a refund for those as well. When inquiring about the remaining sets, I was advised to check through a separate listing with customer support, but then was informed that my account had been flagged for excessive refunds. The two options given to me did not address my concern about the remaining extensions. With 6 days left until the scheduled arrival of the other 4 sets, I am worried about receiving the wrong items and not being able to resolve the issue due to my flagged account. I placed an order but mistakenly missed the notifications in my Gmail account. Consequently, I reordered the items, only to discover three separate orders upon checking my email. After contacting my bank, reassurance was given that the duplicate payments would be declined and I could proceed with the intended purchase. However, the transactions went through, charging me $[redacted] instead of $[redacted].64. Currently, my bank statement reflects pending charges for all three orders. I only wish to receive one order for the total of $[redacted].64, and have the excess amount of $[redacted] refunded. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Hello, I recently made a purchase that requires a return, but unfortunately, there was no return information included in the parcel. The address I received for the return is [redacted] Zebra Fulfillment Center at [redacted] Business Parkway, City of Industry, CA [redacted]. I have been unable to contact this address for guidance. The items I wish to return are black panties with pads and also the "Ceesy Women's Seamless Shaper," for which I also did not receive any return information. The return address provided for the second item is WenHao Guangzhou Yi Trade Co. Ltd., located at No. 6, No. 2 Freight Station, Yunxiao Road, BaiYun District, Guangzhou. Dear Sir/Madam, I received my Order#5bc8c52087ca6c7701e9855d on October 18, [redacted], but unfortunately, the P85 MK11 High Quality CS Battle Toys Guns Water Bullet Crystal Pistol I purchased is damaged and cannot launch the bullets. I would like to request a refund for the faulty gun. The damaged item was not what I expected and has hindered my enjoyment of the product. I hope that Wish can assist me in processing a refund promptly. I encountered an issue with an "exceeded refund" message when trying to address the problem. Previously, I faced challenges with some undelivered orders and experienced delays, resulting in refunds. Additionally, I inadvertently canceled a few orders shortly after placing them due to finding better prices elsewhere or accidental clicks. I am very frustrated by the ongoing issue I am experiencing with a recent order from Wish. I placed the order back on February 17, [redacted], which has been over 9 months now. Initially, the delivery was supposed to be on March 15, [redacted], but it got delayed until March 22, [redacted]. Not only have I not received the correct item, which was a WOLF PRINT sweatshirt in blue, but the status now says CLOSED. I am baffled as I'm being asked to return something I never even received. In addition, they are requesting a bank statement as proof of payment, which I find unnecessary considering my payment was verified when I made the order. All I am seeking is to receive the correct item, the Wolf Print Sweatshirt, to be sent to the correct address without any further complications.

I purchased a red coat in size XXL under order number 3A5V[redacted]10, and it has not been delivered yet. I wish to cancel the delivery and get a refund. According to the information from Wish.com, there might be a delay in the delivery due to various reasons. The expected delivery date is Dec 8. If the item does not arrive by then, I should contact support. I have attempted to reach customer support through the order details, but it keeps redirecting me to wait until January for the delivery. The tracking information indicates the need for redelivery of the item, but I have not received it yet. I find it concerning that I am being asked to wait a considerable time. I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund, please.

I am frustrated with an order I received for three pairs of pants that are too short. Despite sending pictures to illustrate the issue, the customer service team seems unable to comprehend the problem and repeatedly asks the same questions. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding resolving the problem. I believe a company selling to the American market should have competent staff who understand customer concerns. If they cannot rectify the order promptly, I request a refund to my card. The prolonged back-and-forth over such a simple issue is exhausting, and I am fed up with the entire situation.

Good morning. I am reaching out here because the automated system with my account says I can no longer request refunds as I have asked for too many refunds. However, I asked for refunds because when I purchased nail polishes, it showed the order as pending. Then, after a week, you charged my card, so the order went through twice, the same with eyeshadows. I paid for them twice, received them, but they are sticky and unusable. As for my other refund requests, I haven't received them either. I paid for something worth 5 euros, and it didn't arrive, which bothers me because 5 euros is an hour of work for me. I purchased a coat from Wish Network on November 1st. When they asked whether I received the coat, the "yes" button was accidentally pressed. I never got the coat, and it doesn't hold in the cold. Every attempt to reach out to the company seems futile. I demand either the coat I paid $40 for or a refund. I am prepared to contact the United States Treasury, the Better Business Bureau, and local news agencies. I will not tolerate this situation. I have not received the coat, so I expect a resolution promptly - either deliver the coat or refund my money. If I had the coat, I would have sent a picture as proof. Please, advise the status of my order or refund my payment.

Dear Customer Service, I would like to report an issue with an order I placed on November 4th, [redacted], with reference number 5bdeff2b1ed0fb01b9d8d5f2. I ordered a Doogee Mix 2 for £[redacted].00, with an expected delivery date of November 25th, [redacted]. Despite two rescheduled delivery dates on December 2nd, it still has not arrived. I have tried to address this with Wish.com, but they have ceased communication due to account flagging for excessive refunds. I have been unfairly treated and face difficulties with returning faulty items due to this account issue. At times, my experiences with Wish are good, but occasionally, there are issues with my orders such as not receiving items or receiving the wrong ones. When I reach out to Wish for help, they often make me feel like it's my fault and that I'm a bad customer, which is quite frustrating. Recently, I even got a pop-up message saying my account was flagged, and it felt insulting. All I really want is to receive the items I purchased. I've slowed down my purchases because I can't rely on my orders arriving correctly. Losing money and waiting for items that never arrive is disheartening. I have recommended Wish to many people but being treated this way makes me reconsider. I pointed out a missing package, the braided caps, which didn't arrive even after waiting a month past the estimated time. I didn't request a refund, just the product. Another issue earlier was receiving the wrong item, a wig, and when I raised this, I provided pictures and requested a refund then. It's frustrating to feel like it's always the customer's fault and to be treated unfairly and like a criminal. It's truly disheartening.

I recently placed an order for 2 drones, 12 FNAF action figures, and a Mangle plushie. While attempting to use my points and the promo code GETREADY18, I encountered issues. After trying to seek assistance without success, I proceeded to cancel the order. I then tried to reorder, but now I cannot locate the order to complete the purchase. This occurred 2 days ago. I placed an order for a set of 4 pandas with $4 shipping, and $3 for each panda. However, I only received 1 panda. Upon checking, it was because the panda was sold out. I believe I should receive a refund for the items not received. This is the second time I have faced this issue on Wish, and I am very disappointed with the service. There seems to be no way to contact anyone for a resolution. The seller in this case is boby2 liy202. I hope to hear back soon. Thank you.

I recently reached out to wish.com support, and unfortunately, I have been experiencing some challenges. I would greatly appreciate speaking with a live representative rather than an automated system. My order, placed in November, was meant to be received before Christmas, but now I have been informed it will not arrive until January 2nd. These were crucial Christmas items, and I have made significant purchases with your company. It is disheartening to feel as though I have been taken advantage of, especially considering other customers may be facing similar situations. I intend to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau as communication has been lacking, and my items remain undelivered. Should there be no resolution regarding either a refund or shipment, I will be seeking legal counsel to address this concerning issue of feeling scammed.

Hello, I have an issue with my account. Today, I still haven't received the 4 items that were supposed to arrive by yesterday. When I tried to request a refund on the website, I was informed that there have been too many refunds on my account, so I can't request more. I just want to clarify that the many refunds you see are from a few days ago for various accidental purchases that I requested refunds for shortly after realizing the error. These should not be considered as actual refunds since I never received the items in the first place. I would like my account to return to normal and understand how I can request a proper refund for the items that didn't arrive. It's frustrating that there isn't a way to speak directly with a representative for assistance, instead of going through a loop with a robot. Looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you.

I am concerned and upset that my 17-year-old autistic son received a 4-inch curved street knife in a package from your company without any age verification. He ordered this item without understanding what he was getting, and it was delivered without a signature. I am very angry about this situation, as it is dangerous and irresponsible. If it was this easy for my son to order, it is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. I will be escalating this issue to the authorities and media to address this serious problem.

I am seeking assistance regarding two recent orders. One order was correctly refunded and converted to Wish credit, pertaining to a camera and camera gear bank transaction. The other order, totaling $[redacted].25 for multiple items, was erroneously refunded. I desire to proceed with both of these orders and not receive a refund for them, except for the tool set order that should indeed be canceled. Despite reaching out via email and chat, responses received have been automated with no clear resolution.
