IT'S BEEN * MONTHS!!! AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER!

Help with my Wish.com issue

I am more than upset with this problem I have with wish. I placed an order with Wish on * February**,****!!! That's * months ago!! Original Scheduled delivery was March**,**** then it changed do to some kind of delay on *March **,****.Not only have I NOT received My order but it's not the right item. I ordered the WOLF PRINT sweatshirt. In Blue. Now status on it says CLOSED.WHY? But it also states that when item is received back to wish.Then my refund will be Processed.How the **** am I gonna send back something I NEVER received? And Now I am being asked for a bank statement*proof of my payment.What the **** for? Payment was sure verified when I placed order. All I'm asking for is for the correct item Wolf Print Sweatshirt.To be sent out to me.And to Correct Address!!!
