The issue in GetHuman-nathacer's own words
My account has been flagged for excessive returns due to orders placed and never received. I had previously placed an order August **** and did not receive items after ** days. Tracking was never updated for that order. I received a credit to my account for the order that I did not receive. I placed another order in October **** and as of yet have still not received it either. I contact customer support and received a response that due to these * orders my account had been flagged. Again the tracking is not updated. I would like to receive a refund.
GetHuman-nathacer did not yet indicate what Wish.com should do to make this right.
