I have ordered dirt bike accessories - a jacket, gloves, and goggles. However, the jacket and goggles are scheduled for delivery on December 30th, which is after Christmas. I placed my order well in advance, and it's disappointing not to receive them in time. I would like to speak with someone at wish.com about this issue. It's frustrating that there is no option to contact a person directly for assistance. I believe my order should be prioritized for Christmas delivery, given the uncertainty of the delivery date post-order. I urgently need my items before Christmas to avoid disappointment. I am disappointed that my order from Wish did not arrive promptly, and I was charged the full amount for items, some of which were delivered just last week. I made the purchase on October 19th, with the understanding that waiting two weeks would result in a discounted price. I am writing regarding Gavin Whistler's order to 10 240th Street South East, Bothell, Washington [redacted]. An amount of $95.75 was charged to my American Express, with an additional 50-cent charge. The underpants, slimming underpants, black lace top, and raincoat I ordered in 2X size were much too small, closer to a size small. I have photographic evidence and can submit them through the Wish app. I desire a refund for the ill-fitting items and unsatisfactory service, as I intend to keep only the butterfly item and peeler. Hello, I recently placed an order on Wish. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I added items to my cart, applied a promo code to get a 10% discount, entered my personal information, and proceeded to payment. I used my bank card to pay for my order, which totaled 1,[redacted].20. However, after completing the payment, I was surprised to see that the price changed and my order was returned to my cart. I'm confused as to why this happened since I had already made the payment. I haven't received any receipts for my order and it doesn't appear in my Order History. I checked my bank account, and the amount of 1,[redacted].20 was deducted successfully for the order. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed promptly as I urgently need a receipt. I have contacted WISH several times but received no response or help. We have made multiple purchases, and when trying to check out, we are getting an 'OOPS PAYMENT ISSUE' preventing us from completing the purchase. These items are for Disabled Veterans, and we need them urgently. Paypal ensured there are no issues with our credit cards. Please remove the block on our account so we can proceed with the purchase or inform us of the reason behind this issue. I recently received a new card, and being 17, I wasn't allowed to have it in my name. My mother, Heidi M., said she would put it in my name, but instead, she put it in hers. I added this new card to my payment options with my name as the cardholder. I placed an order on November 28, [redacted], and was surprised to wake up to notifications that all my items had been refunded, even though I didn't request refunds. Another notification mentioned trouble processing my order, which I suspect might be due to the card information. When I tried to rectify it, my account was apparently disabled. Wish asked for my email and a bank statement, but I always use a prepaid card for purchases. On November 29, [redacted], I was informed of a refund for my Cyber Monday order from November 26, [redacted], but the money hasn't been returned. Despite being notified that the items are being shipped, the status still shows refunded. I'm frustrated because these are Christmas gifts and the confusion means my loved ones might not receive them on time. I hope to resolve this situation and reactivate my account. When attempting to contact customer support, I am faced with questions about whether I have received the merchandise or not. I am deeply disappointed to learn that the refund window for this item closed on November 28th, [redacted]. I am further troubled by the accusation of excessive refund requests, as I believe this penalizes me without adequate investigation of the real issue: the consistently delayed delivery of your products. I am offended by the assumption of abusing refund policies without any attempt to address my concerns with the delayed deliveries. Moreover, the manipulation of delivery dates has caused significant inconvenience. I specifically did not sign for this particular product upon delivery, despite being required to do so. Despite numerous complaints, it seems that my situation has not been adequately addressed as I am informed that the refund period of 30 days has lapsed. My primary concern is not the refund but receiving the product I purchased as expected.

I accidentally ordered five items from Wish.com that I was considering buying and mistakenly hit the wrong button. Despite immediately canceling the order, only one item was successfully canceled, and I have been charged for the remaining four items that have already been shipped.

I recently contacted customer support but unfortunately didn't receive the correct assistance. I simply wanted to split my order between my two credit accounts and utilize my rewards for a promised discount. Despite being eligible for a 50% discount, it was not applied, resulting in the cancellation of my ring. I've noticed discrepancies in how discounts are advertised versus applied, especially for returning customers. Many others seem to share my frustration based on various reviews. The customer service experience has generally been unhelpful, exacerbating the already high shipping costs. These factors make me hesitant to continue ordering from your company, as the unresolved issues and steep shipping fees are discouraging.

I'm having trouble with Wish. They've restricted my account and asked for my bank statement, but I use prepaid Visa gift cards, so I can only see the transactions online with the card numbers. I'm not very tech-savvy, and I've tried to send the bank statement through my Gmail on my phone, but nothing seems to be attached. On top of this, I've given Wish access to three prepaid credit cards, each worth $[redacted], but they haven't assisted me promptly. Although one Visa card was charged 70 cents on 20/11/18, leaving a credit of $99.30, they haven't responded to my messages to customer support.

I am upset about my account being flagged due to multiple refunds. Whenever I face issues with my orders and reach out to customer service, I keep receiving the same automated response. I find the situation unprofessional and have decided to report this to an external watchdog group. I have concerns about the quality and safety of the products sold on your platform. After I receive my current orders, I would like to close my account with you. It is disheartening to deal with a company that does not value its customers.

My account was compromised, resulting in an unauthorized laptop purchase that was swiftly cancelled. The fraudulent user converted the funds to Wish Cash, attempting multiple unauthorized transactions. Wish promptly voided these transactions upon my reporting. The hacker, located in Russia, continues to have access to my account. To resolve this issue, I need the $1,[redacted].87 Wish Cash reverted to my card, not kept as Wish Cash credits. These unauthorized transactions have overdrafted my bank account. I seek assistance in reversing this sum back to my account promptly, as I was a victim of hacking evident from my account activity. Despite repeated emails, Wish support directs me to the contact button, but no resolution has been provided. I appeal for your urgent help in rectifying this situation.

I recently ordered some items for my daughter including Women's 2 in 1 Boot Cut Leggings from the QIKU store, Plus Size Boho Super Flare Bell Bottom Pants from Memo2, and a Duvet Cover Set from Shawn. I used her card for the purchase, and now Wish is requesting a screenshot of my bank statement with an order from them that I don't have. I refuse to send this for security reasons. The customer support button just keeps asking for the information. I want a refund for the money taken and the order cancelled. I am disappointed with Wish's lack of customer support. I will not be ordering from them again. Such a request for a bank statement is unreasonable, and I will not provide one to a company I cannot trust.

I have been wrongly charged for items I did not authorize. On November 28, [redacted], I purchased one security camera for $[redacted].30, but you billed me $[redacted].70 and $[redacted].00 separately for the same item. I only need one security camera, so please refund the amounts of $[redacted].00 and $[redacted].70, cancel the extra order, and halt the shipments. Furthermore, I mistakenly viewed but did not buy three pairs of shoes (black, brown, white) and a belt. I placed an order on August 30, including markers my special needs son really wanted. I've been tracking the package, but it has been stuck in USA customs since early September. It's now December 1, causing my son distress as we were promised the items would arrive. I'm unable to get a refund, only wish cash, even though it's not my fault. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication options, only offering yes or no buttons for wish cash. I used to love this company and recommended it, but now I'm disappointed by the long wait, lack of customer service, and policy of only providing wish cash for undelivered items. I've warned others about this experience and will now shop elsewhere. If there's a real person to explain the situation, I'd appreciate it.

I am frustrated that my order was canceled due to a payment issue for the second time. I am unable to reach customer service without submitting a bank statement, even though I used a credit card for payment. I have contacted my credit card company, and they confirmed the payment was approved. I am concerned I won't receive my order in time for Christmas. I am eagerly awaiting your response to resolve this issue. If not, I will take my business elsewhere, where I can speak to a human. I will also share my experience with others to warn them about the poor customer service I have encountered.
