I ordered a red cotton jumpsuit with long sleeves and buttons down the middle, but it was delivered to my old address. Despite updating it to the correct address, it reverted back each time. It arrived on November 6, [redacted], but I only realized it was sent to the wrong place 3 to 4 days later. I left a note at the old house, but no one was there. The woman who found it returned it to the sender. Now, I am struggling to get a refund and feel frustrated by the situation.

I am disappointed that my attempts to claim refunds have been blocked due to the number of claims I've made. It's frustrating to be penalized for the mistakes of your sellers. Instead of restricting customers like me, your platform should verify the sellers more thoroughly. Implementing a system where customers can easily upload videos or photos to demonstrate product issues would be more beneficial. Ensuring that packages are correctly delivered to the right address should also be a priority. My recent experience with receiving faulty products and losing money due to blocked claims has made me reluctant to continue shopping on your platform. This situation needs to be rectified to improve customer trust and satisfaction.

I purchased a variety of items for a Halloween party I was attending in early November. The confirmation indicated the items would be dispatched on October 30th or 31st, giving me ample time. However, as the days passed, only the hair nets arrived, causing anxiety. I decided to cancel the orders with Wish, but received one item unexpectedly. I refused delivery, which has been the case for subsequent parcels. I no longer wish to receive the remaining item and seek a full refund, including postage, due to the significant delay compared to the initial estimates. I purchased 2 faux fur vests that turned out to be too small, so I decided to order 2 more from the same seller, albeit two weeks apart. However, I feel like I am being perceived as trying to take advantage, which is not true. The recent vests I received have a different design, color, and material quality from what I expected. They seem to be made from a lighter, low-quality material with no labels or tags. I am disappointed that the seller changed the product without notice and still charged more for poor quality. This inconsistency in the product received is not acceptable, and I have encountered similar issues with other items in my orders. I hope my feedback is taken seriously so that sellers stop sending substandard items. It is frustrating to deal with these problems and not being able to reach customer support for help.

I placed three separate orders on October 1st, but unfortunately, half of the items were not as described. I initiated a return and was in the process of receiving my refund. When I attempted to return one more incorrect item, I was accused of abusing the return policy. It is frustrating that the descriptions of the items were misleading. Additionally, I was promised a full refund if I did not receive all my items by November 15th, and now it is November 23rd, and I am still missing five items. I kindly request the refund as promised, or I will have to seek legal counsel. I possess all the items I received and I am prepared to present them in court if necessary.

I recently noticed that the address on my account was changed without my consent. This has raised concerns that my account may have been compromised. I purchased the 2/3PCS Popular Silk Damask Bed Linen Duvet Cover Jacquard Bedsheet Sets Luxury Silk Bedding Set King Bedding Set in Dark Purple. I have received the Sheets and pillow cases, but the Comforter and Pillow Shams are missing. Despite reordering, emailing, and providing pictures, I have not received the correct color items. I have tried to convey my request for Dark Purple items to complete my Bedroom set, but have not had success after multiple attempts. I have sent numerous pictures to illustrate the desired color, but to no avail. I've been patient, but I really want to finalize my Bedroom decor with the correct items. I am receiving daily messages on my cellphone like, "An item from your Wish order has been shipped! Track here: www.wish.com/w/8xnwsyz". I have not made these orders, and the tracking link does not work for me to track the item. Despite trying to reset my password on Wish.com, I never receive the reset email. I am seeking assistance from Wish.com to retrieve my password to log in and cancel my account. Additionally, I'm looking for an explanation for the constant notifications about items being shipped that I never purchased.

I recently received my item, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged and ripped. I am currently requesting a refund, but I have been informed that my account has been flagged for abuse for requesting refunds. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and have made numerous purchases. The previous refunds I received were approved without the need to return the items, so I am confused and upset by this situation. Can you please assist me with processing my refund? If this issue cannot be resolved, I will need to close my account and stop making further purchases. My family also shops with you because of my positive feedback, but this experience may change their perception. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been struggling to receive the correct Dark Purple Comforter and 2 Pillow Shams from my orders. Despite multiple attempts, I have only received one item in the right color out of 7 orders. I have provided numerous pictures showcasing the desired color, but the items I received were still incorrect. After reordering, I received the Comforter and Pillow Shams, but once again, they were in the wrong color. The product I originally ordered is the 2/3PCS Popular Silk Damask Bedlinen Duvet Cover Jacquard Bedsheet Sets Luxury Silk Bedding King Size. I am only requesting to finally receive the Comforter and 2 Pillow Shams in the correct Dark Purple color, as per my initial order.

I ordered a 3-piece Popular Silk Linen Duvet Cover and Jaguar Bed Sheet Set Luxury Silk Bedding in King size, in dark purple. However, I have received the wrong color multiple times. Despite some correct items, a previous shipment lacked the pillow shams, and the comforter sent was the wrong color. I've sent countless pictures comparing the correct and wrong items. I've followed all instructions, reordering and canceling as advised, but still missing the dark purple comforter and two pillow shams. This has been an ongoing issue for months, causing frustration. I bought 6 pairs of leggings yesterday without using the coupon code BLACKFRIDAY, resulting in a total cost of $30.40. I received an email from WISH informing me that my order was canceled and to contact customer support for a refund. The leggings were originally advertised at $0.99 each with $0.99 shipping. During checkout, I was told I would get free shipping by subscribing to WISH's ad mail, which I agreed to. The total for my order of 6 leggings should have been under $6.00. I ordered two items that arrived damaged. The first item, a pair of boots, had indented lines on the front of both feet. The second item was Angel perfume, and the box was severely damaged, with the perfume lid not fitting properly. The perfume did not smell like Angel, possibly a counterfeit. I contacted customer service at Wish regarding the faulty goods, and was initially told to send photos, which I already did. However, due to being locked out of my gmail account, some photos are inaccessible. Sadly, I was informed there would be no refund for the boots as I had run out of time. Dealing with modern technology is challenging for me due to muscle disease and spasms affecting my fingers and body, making typing difficult. I've reordered, but the hassle makes me question if it's worth it. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you for listening.

I recently placed an order and noticed that the wrong zip code was entered during checkout. After correcting it, my confirmation notice still displayed the incorrect zip code. Please update it to [redacted] to avoid any delivery delays before Christmas. The email confirmation was sent to my old address, which I rarely use. I recently created my Wish account and added $[redacted] to use my Wish Cash for a purchase. After placing my order, it was refunded the next day, and I was asked to email a bank statement for verification, which I can't provide as I don't have a bank account. This is frustrating as it was my first Wish purchase, and now I'm unsure if the items will still be available or if the price will change. I added the money and made the order promptly because I wanted the items quickly. Please address this issue so I can use my funds on the platform or refund the $[redacted]. I am experiencing issues with an order of pants I placed. I received only two out of the three pairs I ordered. Unfortunately, the two that arrived are too short. Despite contacting customer service multiple times and providing photos as evidence, I have yet to receive a response. I requested an exchange for the correct size (36W and 36L) instead of a refund, but have not had any luck resolving this matter. This experience has been frustrating, especially since I have been a loyal customer who has placed numerous orders with this company in the past. I am hopeful that someone can assist me in resolving this issue promptly, as I am feeling exasperated by the situation.

On October 10-11, [redacted], my Wish account was compromised, resulting in unauthorized purchases made using my credit card. After the fraudulent transactions, my account details were altered, including the password. While the initial purchases were voided, I received Wish Cash as compensation. Regrettably, the hacker used the credit in my account to buy more items under a different name and address in a different state. I promptly reported the unauthorized activities to my credit card company and disputed the charges. Recently, Wish requested to reapply the charges to my credit card due to my previous transactions on the platform. I urgently seek a resolution to this matter since I did not authorize any purchases on October 10 and 11 and need this issue rectified promptly.

I did not receive my full order. I would like a refund for all the beads and the ring that were missing. I was satisfied with the beads I did receive. Unfortunately, I could not resolve this issue on the Wish app as my account is frozen. If the complete order had been sent, I would be content. However, after waiting nearly three months, I have only received a quarter of my order. Please address this promptly before I take further action. My family, who are loyal users of your app, will also be disappointed. I am prepared to share my negative experience on social media and report this to the Better Business Bureau if necessary.

I was charged for 4 items on November 19th totaling $[redacted].41, causing an overdraft in my account. Despite not ordering these items, the app shows no order history. This has resulted in an additional insufficient funds fee, leaving me with a negative balance of $[redacted].48. I meticulously track my finances and find this situation completely unacceptable. It is imperative that this issue gets resolved promptly as it has significantly impacted my account balance and financial standing with the bank.

I recently discovered that my account has been flagged for excessive refunds on Wish. Despite being instructed not to return the items I've refunded, I would have preferred to send back the items that didn't fit. This includes the singular earring I received when I expected a pair, along with other low-quality items that either broke or didn't meet my expectations. It's frustrating that once you're flagged, you're unable to contact customer service or receive refunds. I believe that if I've paid for something and it doesn't arrive, breaks, or doesn't fit, I should be entitled to a refund. While I understand Wish operates differently, customer service should still be a priority. I would appreciate it if my account could be unflagged and if the refund policy could be reconsidered to allow for dialogue regarding damaged or incorrect items.
