About a month and a half ago, I purchased a smartphone watch running on Android along with a couple more items using my debit card. I reviewed my bank statement and noticed a charge of around $40 for items that I never received. I tried contacting the helpline chat for assistance, but despite their responses stating the issue was resolved, I never got my products. I made the mistake of placing additional orders on different days after that, but the items marked as delivered never actually arrived. I consistently check my mail and have not seen any deliveries. I'm frustrated and reaching out for help - please give me a call as I urgently need to speak to a representative to resolve this situation. I placed an order in October and provided my correct address details. However, upon checking, I noticed that the shipping state was incorrectly indicated as Iowa instead of Georgia. My account shows that $60.65 was already paid via Discover for the order. When I tried to view my order, only a previous order from [redacted] was visible. I immediately emailed support to request that my order be shipped to my correct billing address at [redacted] Ernestine Way, Stockbridge GA [redacted], not Iowa. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. The order was made through Wish.com with an order number of [redacted]. Recently, my mother made a purchase on your app for towels and received a free gift, but she was mistakenly charged for a tablecloth she did not intend to buy. Upon reviewing my online banking app, it appears that there is an $11.55 overcharge that needs to be refunded. Despite requesting a refund to my card, I was given 'Wish cash' instead, which I do not want. I am insistent on having the $11.55 credited back to my debit card. I have attempted to reach out to your customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, it has proven to be challenging without a provided email or contact number. It is disappointing to see customers being misled in this manner. I insist on a prompt refund of $11.55 to my card without any further delays. Awareness about such discrepancies should be communicated clearly to all customers to prevent future issues. Please respond to this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention.

I am disappointed with the quality of the items I received in my order from October 24, [redacted]. Please issue refunds for the following items: 1. Rose Quartz Ring Size 10 with a defective stone. 2. Two Amber Rings - one Brown Size 10, one Green Size 9 - not as expected. 3. One Ring/Earring Set - Ring Size 10 B2226 + E066-A Set -10 not as expected. 4. Two Rings - Q716 - One Size 10, one Size 9 - not as expected. 5. One Ring Size 9 aml-22-9-blue - stones not as expected. I experienced issues with Wish where I wasn't receiving items for several months, but was honest about it. Although that was resolved, the items I did get were of low quality and differed from the listings. Currently, I am unable to contact customer service as I am not in "good standing" with them. There are three items I ordered from Wish that I never received, with expected delivery dates in early October, mid-October, and a week ago. The customer service number only leads to automated responses, leaving me unable to resolve the issue or get a refund. The discrepancies in the items received make me feel like this is a scam. I am considering ending my shopping experience with Wish and informing others about my negative encounter to prevent further incidents like this from happening.

I have faced issues with Wish after placing a significant order. Despite spending hundreds of dollars, a majority of the items have not been delivered, with Wish simply marking them as "cancelled" without providing refunds. This has led to my account being suspended. Unfortunately, attempts to contact them via phone, email, and text have been unsuccessful, forcing me to seek help online. While Wish can offer good deals, the lack of delivery and poor customer service in such situations can result in a loss for customers. I placed several orders, but in order 5bed[redacted]446dcbd356, I accidentally selected 8 units of an item. I closed the page, but it charged my account. There should be a confirmation step before finalizing the order to prevent this. The charge overdrew my account, impacting my Christmas plans. Please refund the overcharged amount. I will refuse the parcel upon arrival, but I'm worried about the refund delay of 15 days after the return. Being on a pension, this situation is difficult for me. It has been over two months, and I have yet to receive any of the items I purchased. I am concerned as I have not received a refund on my card or in Wish cash. None of my purchases are showing in my Wish email, although I am using the same email associated with my card. I am frustrated as I have been trying to contact someone at Wish, but I keep getting the runaround.

I accidentally submitted my order without intending to. I added my payment method to check for a promo code, and to my surprise, I was charged for all the items in my cart. I had planned to only choose a couple of items from the selection. I didn't intend to make a purchase totaling over $[redacted]. This unexpected charge has put me in a difficult financial situation. I am seeking your assistance. Recently, my Wish account was blocked due to too many refunds, even though I have always been honest and truthful in my dealings. I received a computer with a 500GB HDD instead of the advertised 500GB SSD, a significant difference. Additionally, the Swedish keyboard lacks the letter Å, which is crucial for me. I recently ordered a new weight bench from Wish, but what I received was far from new. When I opened the box, I was shocked to find the plastic covered in rust, with all the parts also rusted and severely damaged. The pieces were scratched, dented, had poor welds, unevenly welded brackets, dripped welds, and some parts didn't even belong to the weight bench. It seemed like the equipment had already been used and returned before it was sent to me. The condition of the items is unacceptable, and as a certified CNC Machinist-Welder with over 30 years of experience, I can confidently say this is the worst workmanship I've encountered. I am appalled that Wish shipped me this box of damaged goods, and I insist on an immediate full refund.

I've encountered numerous problems with my account. Initially, I couldn't request a refund. Recently, I managed to request refunds for items that were supposed to arrive by November 3 (as per the initial date) but the delivery date got pushed to November 10. Then I was informed to wait until December to ask for a refund. Although that issue got resolved, now my account shows a flag. I sought refunds for 9 items all from the same seller, but I haven't received any of them yet. Why does the app accuse me of abusing the refund policy when I'm just trying to get refunds for undelivered items almost 4 months after ordering? It seems unreasonable!

I need to update the shipping address for my purchase. I mistakenly entered "FRONT DESK" as the city in the apartment section and it appears wrong on the confirmation. Tired of waiting for items purchased over two months ago, tired of the lack of tracking updates, tired of the unresponsive customer service leading to automatic replies. As a result, I have decided to request refunds for the older items ordered more than two months ago. Astonishingly, my account got blocked following the fourth refund request due to being labeled as unreliable for seeking refunds. This seems unreal considering I have [redacted] stellar reviews on another online shopping platform. Contrastingly, in a different Chinese website, despite having around fifty purchases, I can communicate issues, and the customer service responds in a human manner! I am looking to speak with a representative directly regarding my recent interactions with customer support. The automated chat service provided no assistance, and the responses to my emails were completely irrelevant to my issue. This unprofessional behavior has left me frustrated and considering canceling my order. I had a problem with using a promo code for a first-time order on behalf of my cousin due to device restrictions. This experience has been disappointing, and if this is not resolved, my family will no longer be using the services of the company. We will return to our previous provider where we had a better experience last year.

I was expecting to receive the leather jacket I purchased from your company on November 6th. However, I received an email stating that it will now arrive on November 20th. Today has passed, and I still have not received the package. I am unsettled with this situation because last year, I experienced delays, wrong items sent, and long wait times to receive my orders from your company. I need assistance as I have encountered issues with my accounts on Wish. I created two accounts to shop for my kids, but inconsistently faced problems with purchasing and receiving refunds. He estado comprando en Wish durante casi 3 años sin problemas, pero el año pasado bloquearon mi cuenta y perdí [redacted]€ en pedidos que nunca llegaron. Abrí una nueva cuenta, pero ahora tengo problemas con varios pedidos que no han llegado, valorados en [redacted]€. Aunque me reembolsan el dinero, no aceptan las devoluciones de los productos. I received notifications that two orders placed on November 19, [redacted] have been returned. Each order has multiple items, and the payment was made using a valid card with sufficient funds. I ensured my card details were accurate. After confirming with my bank that the transaction was processed and the funds were deducted on November 19, I am confused as to why the orders were returned. I am eager to have these orders fulfilled promptly, especially since I availed an early bird discount. I have sent two emails already, but received only automated responses. I urgently require assistance to resolve this issue, as receiving these gifts before Christmas is very important to me.
