For the past month, I've been adding items to my shopping cart, including outdoor dog crates for $[redacted]. On Nov 12, I placed the order assuming I could both remove items and apply a discount code. However, my order for over 60 items totaling $1,[redacted] was processed! I immediately emailed SUPPORT to cancel but haven't received a helpful response. I turned to PayPal, but they mentioned the payment had gone through. Discover advised me to wait for all charges. I've been contacting everyone through texts and emails with no luck. I don't want to pay for unwanted orders with expensive shipping charges. I'm stressing over this $1,[redacted] purchase which includes unnecessary items like 6 Jean jackets for a dog. I'm desperate for a full refund!

As a new customer, I experienced a payment decline from Wish. My account details, which span multiple countries, might be why they were flagged for security purposes. Wish has requested a screenshot of a recent transaction from my bank account due to the declined payment, yet being a new customer, I have no such transaction to provide. I am hesitant to share personal banking details for security reasons. I have concerns about the security of their system and who may access this information. Despite sending multiple emails to customer support since November 9th, I have not received any responses. This lack of communication is disappointing, and I am contemplating deleting the app and leaving negative feedback on play.com due to my frustrating experience.

I made a purchase from WISH.com on October 24, [redacted]. I am extremely disappointed with 16 out of the items I have received. This has been my worst online shopping experience to date. I am looking for refunds as I doubt WISH can rectify this situation. Some items are just ok, but most are unsatisfactory. The quality is far below expectations. For instance, earrings arrived without backs, and the silver labeled as [redacted] Sterling is barely plated. It's frustrating to have to document each item individually with pictures and descriptions online. It would be great if someone could contact me at 1 [redacted] to come to a fair resolution. I really hope my next order will be better than this one.

I ordered a 5x7 inch patch for my vest, but received a 3.5x2.5 inch one instead. A week later, I got two more of the smaller patches. I was supposed to get a free decal for $1 shipping, but was charged $5. I also ordered a large red, white, and blue Eagle patch and haven't received it yet. Lastly, I ordered a stainless steel Vape but only got two tanks. I checked my bank statement and saw I was charged around $49 for these items. I know it takes about a month for delivery, but I'm not satisfied with what I received. I hope to either get a refund or receive the correct items as shown on your website. I have requested refunds from Wish only when products fail to arrive. I've lost money on delayed orders because I waited too long to request a refund and was not granted one. Now, they claim I am on a list for excessive refund requests. I only request refunds for undelivered or significantly delayed items. I am struggling to reach customer service as my current orders are late once again. I have been a customer for at least three years and this is very frustrating. I want to clarify this situation with them but cannot get in touch. I want them to understand that I only request refunds for undelivered or severely delayed items due to their 30-day refund policy. I am disappointed, frustrated, and displeased with this experience.

I was charged over $[redacted].00 for an order I didn't want. I have tried multiple times to contact you. I received several cheap shoes that do not fit at all. I wouldn't have ordered so many shoes without knowing if any would fit. I like buying things from wish occasionally, but after this experience, I and several people in my office are considering switching to a similar service. They shop multiple times a week. Please refund my money promptly. My bank is dealing with another fraudulent case involving wish. I just want my money back; I never intended to order all these shoes that don't fit me. Some items haven't even been delivered, and I canceled the order before they were shipped. Please refund my money to avoid further action. My bank is ready to take the necessary steps.

I recently purchased the Faux Fur Jacket Coat, women’s edition, with the order number 5bdf1b5b73319a18fa43c245 on November 4, [redacted]. Upon receiving the item, I was greatly disappointed. The item I received is thin with minimal faux fur, unlike the thick jacket displayed in the picture. The visible lining from the outside of the jacket, especially with the white color, is quite noticeable. Despite paying £9.50 for this item, I am not satisfied and find it to be false advertising. I am requesting a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act of [redacted] as the quality and description do not meet my expectations. Additionally, Wish advertises a 30-day refund policy for items that are not as described. This purchase was made on behalf of a friend using my personal billing address and Visa card for multiple Christmas gifts.

My account was compromised. An order was placed on 11-14-18, and the debit was processed through my Vibrant Credit Union account. I did not place this order, but it is scheduled for delivery in December. I would like to cancel this order and have my account credited. As a precaution, I have updated my password. My address was changed to a Delaware address on my profile but has been corrected back to my Iowa address. I have removed my credit card information ending in [redacted] and have canceled the card with the credit union. The full shipping address on the order is the Delaware address, which is not mine. Please cancel the order and credit my account.

Date: 11/15/18 I recently purchased a [redacted] Autumn fashion item for a young man with the Order ID: 5bb8cc0da0bc370d53898f63. I have had the product for three days now. I ordered an XL size but received a different size. There was no tag on the garment indicating the size; it was only on a sticker on the bag it came in. The string on the hood appears to be worn out, making the product seem used. The item is too tight for me, and the ski mask does not fit properly either; it's oversized and missing a side string. I believe the seller is shipping used items. I am requesting a full refund of $24.00 and do not wish to pay for return shipping. Please respond promptly. If needed, you can reach me at 1-[redacted].

I placed an order over the weekend, around 7 days ago, for a ring and two sets of body jewelry. The ring was the second item ordered after the body jewelry sets. I had $30.00 on my card, with the total for the body jewelry sets being $13.78 and the ring being $3.18. The ring has already been shipped, but there is no update on the body jewelry sets. Customer support mentioned it could take up to 5 days to process, but it has been 7 days with no updates, and the order still shows as pending. I am frustrated with this delay and would like to be informed of the status. I had enough funds for the order, including the jewelry and ring. Please send me updates as soon as possible. Thank you.

I encountered a problem while trying to place an order as the system asked for additional verification such as my ID and bank statement. Despite reaching out to customer service, the issue persisted. I reassured them that I have not faced any security breaches and would have promptly reported any suspicious activity. As a loyal customer with two addresses on file, I expected a smooth ordering process once paid. I ordered brown boots which do not match the color in the picture and are of poor quality. There is visible white glue where the sole is attached to the shoe, and they are not made of leather as advertised. I am having trouble contacting customer service to request a refund due to the issues with the items. I attempted to inquire about returning some knives but never received a response. The return policy was not helpful as it stated the items could not be used, leaving me with broken, unwearable, and missing products that were paid for. I've encountered issues with my Wish account being flagged for excessive refunds. The refunds I requested were for faulty flower seeds and undelivered knives. Despite this, I recently placed a new order which included items like a dog water fountain, a mini lathe, boots, and more. However, the lathe is not functional, the water bowl leaked causing damage, and the boots were sent to the wrong address. These problems have amounted to $[redacted] in losses. I have been trying to resolve this with Wish for a month through emails, but I keep receiving unhelpful automated responses. I am struggling to reach a real person for assistance regarding my account and these defective items.

While browsing on the Wish app, I had an item in my cart that I was considering purchasing. During this time, a coupon offer for 5% off my order unexpectedly popped up. Unfortunately, when I clicked on it, the order went through automatically instead of applying the discount later. I only noticed this after reviewing my order history. I no longer want the item that was mistakenly ordered and would like to cancel it for a refund. I have attempted to contact customer support through the app multiple times, but the response time is extremely slow, and I encountered difficulties opening their replies. I would appreciate clarification regarding my recent order. An amount was charged to my card for shoes, including brown, grey, and black pairs. While I am aware of the grey pair scheduled for delivery on December 1st, I am uncertain about the status of the brown and black pairs. Could you please confirm the total number of orders I should expect to receive? It seems only the grey pair is confirmed for arrival and I am eager to receive the other items as well. I ordered a sample of Hinmark skin and eye care but was mistakenly charged for an order. My Netspend account alerted me to the error and prevented the payment. Despite not receiving anything, I was charged almost $[redacted] over two months. The second package arrived, and I plan to return it. I intended to do my Christmas shopping via Wish but now lack funds due to this issue. I provided the dates and amounts of the unauthorized charges. I am waiting for a resolution to either have the funds returned to my Netspend account or receive credit for the amounts charged. I will be returning the package that was delivered to me.

I have been frustrated by constantly having to request refunds due to late or incorrect orders. I believe it's fair to ask for a refund when my items don't arrive as expected. Despite trying to reach customer service about my orders, I feel ignored and blocked. I'm disappointed because the items are crucial, like the wig for a special occasion and gifts for my daughter's birthday. If my orders arrive on time and accurate, I have no issues and even leave positive reviews. However, most of the time, my packages never make it to me, and I struggle to get my money back from the company. I dread waiting until December to address these concerns and worry about losing both my money and items. Once these issues are resolved, I plan to unsubscribe and avoid shopping on this site in the future. I regret not heeding the negative reviews about this platform before ordering.

I have encountered an issue with customer service regarding multiple orders that have not been delivered to my home. Despite requesting refunds for these undelivered items, the products continue to not arrive even with my ongoing purchases. I now find myself flagged for requesting too many refunds when the items never reach me. It is frustrating not to receive the products I have paid for and it feels like a waste of money. I believe it is only fair to ask for a refund when a product fails to arrive. However, due to the number of refund requests I have made, I am now unable to request further refunds for items that have yet to be delivered. The first order amounted to $[redacted].24 for Home Order Wish, and the second order was $96.62, both placed on the same day. It is now November 17th, and I have not received either package. Additionally, my VSA card was charged twice on October 29th and 30th, with amounts of $[redacted].24 and $96.62, respectively.
