I placed some orders, some orders to 've exact, and the orders I placed, I didn't want to order all of the items I had in my cart, and there was no way of knowing what orders I placed, and it went so quick that when I submitted my order, it showed that I had ordered $***, and some dollars worth of items. I did not want to purchase all of the items in my cart, and it didn't show me a way to take some of the items out of my cart, and than when I went to cancel, or change my order, I had to do it * by *. I couldn't talk to a live person. I do not want to purchase all the items. I don't want all that money in a Wish account, that I can only use in some stores they list, I need that money that is in the Wish cash account to go back on my debit card I used, or refunded back into my back account. Why don't u people have a way of checking the items a person orders, and to be able to remove some items if u don't want them, and to show what u have ordered. Also, u need to let a customer c their orders, and what it adds up to, and have a way to remove some items from their cart, instead of all of a sudden a person pushes the order button, and away goes the money, with some items that I am unable to remove from my cart. Also, instead of chatting with a customer service person, that u can't even talk to on the phone live, there is some* on through messaging to try and help relive the items u didn't want * at a time, and instead of putting the money, back into my bank account I have to have it in a Wish account to use in another store. Refund the money back onto my Visa debit card, or back into my bank account, especially that much money. I need to talk to a live person about this now, ASAP.
