I have sent multiple emails to Facebook's customer support team without receiving a response. Unauthorized deductions have been made from my Social Security Disability check through my Direct Express card on various dates in September, totaling $[redacted], $59, $28.53, $3, $[redacted].50 on September 1st, $[redacted].59, $[redacted].90, $61, $20 on September 2nd, and $[redacted] on September 23rd. These deductions have left me with zero funds, causing severe hardship. I did not authorize these transactions, and they have affected my ability to afford basic necessities due to the unauthorized payments. This is my 63rd attempt to reach out for assistance. Please address this matter promptly as my financial situation has become critical, and I am unable to access necessary care and resources due to these unauthorized deductions.

Yesterday, I noticed an unauthorized transaction of $[redacted] on my wish.com account. The last transaction I made on wish.com was a $2 purchase on June 27, [redacted]. Upon further investigation, I discovered unfamiliar details in my account: a payment made on November 7 under the name of Tanya Goloveshko with an address at [redacted] Markley St, Suite [redacted], United States [redacted]. I promptly deleted this information after capturing a screenshot. I am requesting a prompt refund of the funds withdrawn from my bank account, or I will be forced to involve the authorities.

I have attempted to reach out to Wish through the provided email or customer support regarding a unique situation with a vacuum and an iPad. Despite being a loyal customer, I have not received any response or assistance in resolving the mix-up with the returns. Yesterday, I was shocked to receive an email indicating a laptop purchase, which I did not make, especially since I haven't visited the website in months. Unfortunately, my address is outdated, making it impossible for the item to be delivered to the right place. I promptly reached out via email to explain the situation, but have not yet received a response. As a precaution, I have canceled my bank card to prevent any unauthorized charges. This morning, I noticed a significant deduction from my bank account, nearly $[redacted] less than expected. This unexpected transaction is causing financial strain, particularly because of recent moving expenses and a new puppy. I hope this is not misunderstood, but I recently ordered a cross pendant with a silver background and a smaller blue cross with a silver one having a blue dot at the center. The delivery time was changed multiple times, but I appreciate the refund and being told I could keep the item if it arrives. I am unsure if it was ever shipped or if it was returned to the sender. Out of the five items I ordered, only two were correct. The XXXXL men's shirt came as a men's small, and the XXXXL tactical pants arrived as a small. The other two items were fine, although I wish the headphone glasses had English instructions. I enjoy learning new technologies, despite being considered an "old fossil" by my family. I have not received the item I ordered and asked for a refund. I was informed to wait an additional 30 days for delivery. After contacting them to explain that I still had not received the item, I was told it was too late to request a refund. However, I believe I should have been within the timeframe as I notified them within the initial 30 days. They extended the waiting period by another 30 days, resulting in a total of 60 days, and the item has still not arrived. This is the second time I have not received the same item. They have labeled my account for excessive returns when I have only returned one item, at my own expense. Despite multiple emails, I have not received a satisfactory response from customer service. They advised me to follow instructions in my account, but I am only directed to a message stating that my account has been flagged. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from their customer service.

I made a purchase on November 9th, [redacted], around 5:50 am. I was charged a total of $[redacted] for a [redacted] Multimedia 4K WiFi Android Bluetooth 3D LED Home Cinema Projector [redacted] Lumens Home Theater. Today, I received a confirmation for an order I didn't make. The app is asking me to submit a bank statement to proceed, which I did through my mobile app. It seems someone ordered without my permission. I tried to cancel within the 8-hour window as per the FAQ, but the system repeatedly asks me to resend the image, eventually blocking me from continuing. I urgently need this unauthorized item canceled and refunded to avoid being charged for it.

I recently joined Wish and signed up today. Upon downloading the Wish app, I saw an offer for a free gift, the metal straws, and proceeded to claim it by providing my details. However, upon receiving the emailed receipt, I noticed that I was charged $9.00 instead of the expected $0.50 for shipping as the item was advertised as "free." I now wish to cancel the order as I do not want to pay for what was supposed to be a complimentary gift for signing up. I have tried to reach out to customer support via the app but unfortunately, it is not providing any information or assistance. The app's functionality seems to be lacking and charging my credit card for a supposedly free item is concerning.

I have placed several orders with Wish, totaling around $[redacted] across about eight orders. Unfortunately, every time I've ordered something, most items haven't arrived, or they took much longer than expected. I requested a refund for my last order as only one item out of 13 was sent after about two months. After using Wish cash, I was counting on a refund to that account. Upon reviewing my recent order, I realized I mistakenly ordered the same item twice and wanted to exchange one for a different brand. However, when I contacted customer service, they mentioned my multiple refund requests and denied the exchange, stating I was not in good standing. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, leading me to decide not to order from Wish again. An instance that particularly upset me was when I ordered two 7-inch tablets for $4 each, but the items never shipped, resulting in the need for a refund. It seems unfair that they blamed me for their failure to deliver on what was advertised.

On November 9, [redacted], I checked the status of my order for a Zelda jacket, which was supposed to arrive today, November 10, [redacted]. However, upon checking today, I noticed that the expected delivery date was changed by Wish staff to November 17, [redacted], without any notification. This change seems like a tactic to avoid issuing a refund by extending the delivery time. I find this unprofessional and frustrating. I prefer a refund over receiving the item at this point. I have decided not to use Wish anymore and will resort to searching for items on Google as before.

I have been trying to contact you via email for 3 to 6 months now. I have paid for products that I never received. You mentioned a refund but claimed my card was canceled. I paid $[redacted] and only received 2 skirts in the wrong color. I want my money back as I never received the jewelry or other clothes I ordered since February. Last week, I was adding items to my cart and somehow a TV was ordered without my consent. I contacted customer service regarding this issue, but the help I received was inadequate. It is disheartening that individuals who work hard for their money have to face such situations without proper assistance. It is unfair that when problems arise with our purchases, we cannot obtain live help promptly. I am currently behind on my rent due to the unauthorized ATV order. Despite agreeing to keep the TV, the lack of real help from customer service has led to the TV being returned to the shipper by FedEx. I have lost $[redacted] which was hard-earned, and I urgently require a refund. I will relentlessly pursue this matter until I am reimbursed. Upon reviewing my Wish account, I discovered an iPhone was ordered using my account, with a delivery address in the US which I did not authorize, as I am located in India. I attempted to cancel the order through the app but was unable to do so. I am concerned about how my account was accessed and my credit card used without my consent. I have always relied on wish.com, but this experience has made me feel that the website is insecure, leading to fraudulent activities. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of the iPhone order and a refund of my money. Hi there, I recently signed up on Wish and have already made several purchases. While ordering, I noticed that the website would time me out and proceed to the purchase page before I was done browsing. This caused me to have to use promo codes on separate orders, and even though I didn't exceed the maximum limit ($50) with one particular promo code I started with, it said I had reached the maximum use. Additionally, some of the promo codes didn't apply as indicated, and there were discrepancies in prices between what was advertised and what appeared in my cart. I have already spent over a hundred dollars, and I would appreciate it if someone could review my orders and potentially credit me retroactively with the applicable discount amount. I understand if a full refund to my card is not possible, but I would be grateful for Wish credit or another form of reimbursement as I am new to this platform and found the experience confusing. I am experiencing difficulty using the site with AT&T as my carrier. Xfinity has always worked well for me, but since the merger with AT&T, all my devices can't connect. It seems that since AT&T merged with or acquired these companies, the services I used to rely on are no longer accessible. One peculiar thing I noticed is that I can't find AT&T stock on Wish.com. It appears that only stockholders are permitted to access certain sites, unlike other companies such as Walmart or Target. It's clear that if you can't access the site, it's likely because they have stock shares in the company. This trend of companies merging and restricting access may result in a loss of customers and shares in the future.
