I was looking at an item and selected item description. All of a sudden there was a message saying my order was processing. I tried to delete several times, each time a new order appeared making a total of **. I immediately tried to talk to customer support . They told me they don't give refunds just wish credit. They took ***.** dollars out of my account. I called but no answer. I emailed them the same night and was sending the information they requested. Today, which is three days later, I was told they were the wrong dept. and to go back to order history and contact customer support. I tried and there is no way to explain anything. I don't want the items, I never did ! I would like a refund.
