I am going to go through this one more time....I unintentionally, accidentally, inadvertently placed an order on November *, **** before noon. As soon as I realized what happened I immediately went to the WISH app and the money had already been withdrawn from my bank account, I immediately began to cancel EACH ITEM, because I knew THAT I did not have that amount in my bank account...and did cause my account to become over drawn. Every single item on that order was CANCELLED BEFORE any of them were EVEN PROCESSED ...A REFUND WAS ISSUED FOR EACH ITEM. In all reality NONE OF THE MONEY NEVER LEFT MY WISH ACCOUNT. NOW WISH has $***.** in my Wish Cash account where it has been sitting since Friday November *, **** in the am ( WHICH IS EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT THAT WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT)......I have ZERO INTENTION OR DESIRE, to purchase ANYTHING FROM the WISH COMPANY now or EVER.....THERE IS ABSOLUTELY ZERO JUSTIFICATION FOR The WISH COMPANY TO CONTINUE TO HOLD ON TO MY MONEY!!!!!!! I KNOW THAT WITH A PUSH OF BUTTON THE MONEY CAN BE RETURNED TO THE SOURCE FROM WHICH YOU GOT IT.... TODAY...ANY RESPONSE FROM WISH CUSTOMER SERVICE, SUPPORT OTHER THAN* " YOUR MONEY HAS BEEN RETURNED TO YOUR BANK" is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.... THE WISH COMPANY IS FRAUDULENTLY HOLDING MY MONEY...... RETURN IT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY...IF YOU DO NOT HONOR MY REQUEST*TODAY, I WILL SEEK OTHER AVENUES TO FORCE THE WISH COMPANY SATISFY THIS ISSUE IN MY FAVOR...
