I accidentally placed order number 5bdbe281c65aa[redacted]6 instead of removing items from my cart. The payment of over $[redacted].00 was charged to my debit MasterCard ending in [redacted]. I did not intend to make this purchase. I have followed the steps in the FAQs to cancel the order, but there is no option in my order history to request a refund. The support system only directs me to a robot to cancel each item individually. I cannot reach a live person through customer support which is frustrating. I will not make any new orders until this issue is resolved promptly. Thank you.

I have been trying to contact Wish since July for a refund, and they keep insisting that the item was delivered, which is not true. I have never received the item. I have sent numerous messages, but they seem to ignore my situation. I have reached out to my neighbors, checked with the post office, and it appears that only latex gloves were delivered as a gift, not the catsuit I ordered. I am frustrated and feel like I have been robbed of $[redacted], not to mention the time spent dealing with this issue. Please refund my money as I have been requesting for quite some time now, either in cash or as store credit.

My account has been flagged for no reason. I didn't abuse refunds if the item I ordered is cheap, defective, damaged, opened, or not as described. I will contact customer service for a refund as I value my money. Most cheap items found at low prices are not worth it; for example, the chargers I bought overheated after two uses and I had to dispose of them. If an item like the oil I ordered arrives opened, I expect a refund as I paid for a new, undamaged product. Every refund I have requested is legitimate, yet my account is flagged, which is unfair. I should not have to keep defective items or accept items that differ from the description. It's disappointing that I might not be able to claim a refund if I never receive an item, leaving me without recourse.

Hello, I recently received an item I ordered, but instead of a UK plug, I received an EU plug. When I tried to address this issue, I was informed that my account was flagged for excessive refunds. I want to clarify that I haven't requested any refunds from Wish. I attempted to purchase a scratching post, but both times the orders were refunded, likely due to the items being out of stock. I ordered a pair of mid-calf brown bandage boots in February and September, but haven't received them. I have been in contact with Nanachicway, who requested a shipping number I provided, but they claim they can't find my order despite me being charged and having USPS tracking numbers (Case #CA/[redacted]5, LS[redacted]20CN, LY[redacted]82CN). Good evening, I am reaching out because I've noticed some inaccuracies in my profile on your site regarding numerous refunds. Particularly, the refunds I received were for a faulty cell phone. I footed the return expenses due to my honesty. The controller sent to me initially differed from the image, and when I reached out for assistance, I was informed that sellers frequently update photos. Unfortunately, the second controller received wasn't usable. Additionally, a charger with 3 USB ports and a girl's jacket arrived significantly late. I'm questioning if I'm deemed unreliable in this situation. However, I must inform you that upon receiving my latest orders, regardless of any delays, I intend to promptly close my account with Whish. Smart Bluetooth Fitness Tracker Issue I am seeking a refund of $18.90. My initial order, with shipping costing only 50 cents due to a promotional offer upon downloading the app, resulted in an accidental purchase of the wrong size fitness tracker at $19.40. I have purchased multiple items from your store. It's frustrating that some products I receive are defective. Recently, I bought a battery for my mother's phone, but it arrived without charge and wouldn't hold one. When I tried to return it, I found my account locked due to multiple refund requests. If the items I receive are faulty, naturally, I will request a refund. I need this resolved quickly as your policy states 30 days for returns. Please contact me promptly to address this issue. Dealing with defective items should include facilitating returns and refunds. I order frequently, and many items arrive defective, so being penalized for it is unfair. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and amicably.

I am disappointed with my recent experience with your company. When I ordered a Baby Beast SMOK e-cig tank, the price for the tank was $8 as promised, but upon arrival, the coil was burnt out. Despite this, I decided to give your company a second chance and placed a larger order yesterday for shoes, clothing, a cell phone case, and jewelry. However, I was charged double for each item and the prices were much higher than advertised, with unexpected shipping fees added. The e-cig tank was the only item that was both legitimate and functional. I am requesting the immediate cancellation and refund of the order placed under the name Brian Charles Eden. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue.

I recently cancelled orders on Wish within a few hours on the same day and instead of receiving a refund on my card, I was only given $50 in Wish credit. I'm disappointed by this as I needed the money back on my card. This mishap occurred when my son unintentionally purchased items from the cart instead of saving them to the wish list for later. As my husband's disability is our main income, budgeting for Christmas gifts is crucial. I hope to have the money returned to my card from the Wish credit. Hello, I'm Jessica. I have been using Wish for a while. This is the second time this issue has occurred. The first time I let it go, thinking it was a mistake. However, waking up to an email saying my order is on the way, when I hadn't placed one, was concerning. I checked the app and found items in my cart totaling $[redacted] that I hadn't ordered. Good evening, I bought an inverter and unintentionally ended up with two. I opened a dispute with PayPal for a mistaken refund request, which they rightfully closed in favor of the seller, claiming I authorized the payment. One of the inverters arrived damaged, and I wanted to return the other due to an accidental purchase. However, customer support informed me they couldn't assist until PayPal resolves the matter. I recently made a purchase from Wish and only received one item out of several I ordered. When I reached out for assistance, I couldn't find a phone number on their site, so I tried their chat support. Some of the locations where my orders supposedly were didn't even exist. After requesting a refund for the items I never received, they refunded some but labeled me as a suspicious customer. They claimed it was too late to refund the rest, even though the items never arrived. Despite multiple inquiries and waiting patiently, they kept prolonging the process until eventually denying my refund after three months. I am extremely frustrated with Wish and will not be returning or recommending their services.

I opened a dispute due to an incorrect refund that PayPal rightfully closed in their favor, stating I authorized the payment. One of the items arrived damaged while the other I wanted to return due to an accidental purchase. The customer service representative informed me they couldn't assist until PayPal resolved the issue. After contacting PayPal and closing the dispute, they confirmed the closure in their favor. I am having trouble logging into my Wish account. Although I have not changed my password, the site keeps telling me it's incorrect. When I try to reset it, I don't receive any emails. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but all they suggest is to reset the password, which I am unable to do without the reset email. It feels like they are not addressing my issue at all. I hope they can take action and assist me in resolving this login problem.

I am requesting to be escalated to a supervisor who has the authority to refund the unauthorized charge of $[redacted] plus taxes or fees taken from my account on November 2. I'm experiencing an issue with my email address. Originally, it was [redacted], but for security reasons, I changed it to [redacted] Since then, I've been unable to make payments, as there seems to be a problem with my user account. I've attempted to switch it back to [redacted], but I'm unable to because it's registered to another user - which is me! Please, could you cancel the email address [redacted] and reinstate my original address, [redacted]? This should resolve the problem. I am unable to make this change myself, so I'm requesting your assistance. I am experiencing difficulties logging into my Wish account. I consistently use the same password but am now receiving an error message stating it is incorrect. Despite attempting to reset my password, I have not received the email with the reset link. Customer service has been unhelpful, providing the same instructions without addressing the issue. It is frustrating that my problem remains unresolved despite my attempts to seek assistance. I believe there is a lack of concern to fix this recurring problem. It is disappointing that Wish appears to be neglecting customer support in this instance.
