I have bought numerous things from y'all it is not my fault that some things I get are defective. I recently purchased a battery for my mother's phone the battery didn't have a charge nor would it receive a charge.so I go back on to try and send it back to get a new one and I'm locked out because it says I have asked for too many refunds well if I'm getting defective objects why wouldn't I ask for a refund I need this done ASAP because y'all told me ** days so please get in touch with me ASAP this needs to be handled quickly. If you send out the effect of objects you got to be prepared to get requests for refunds returns and all the above well I order a lot and I a lot of things come in defective so you're punishing me for ordering through y'all and telling all the stuff I get is ****. I hope we can come to a peaceful resolution and get this taken care of..
