I placed a order for two items. My card was charged. I never received the items when I tried to file a complaint and ask where my items were the app automated customer support system kept telling me I just needed to wait and wait and wait now it's telling me that it's past the refund date and there's nothing they can do they can resend me the items I purchased if they can't refund me the money why can't they just resend the items
