Hi, I have just received an item I ordered but they have sent an eu plug, instead of a uk one. I tried to get help with this and I received a message to say my account has been flagged for excessive refunds. Now I would like to point out I have returned or requested ANY refunds from wish. I tried to order a scratching post and after ordering, I received notification that I had been refunded due to I assume the item not being in stock. I tried again to order another scratching post from a different seller and again * days later I was refund yet again due to the seller not being able to fufil my order. You will see from my account that I have ordered many items and I am furious that this message initially has been flagged to me and has now taken me longer to just find a contact for you. I have done absolutely nothing wrong and yet now I have a problem with an item that has been sent, your system has black marked me. My name is Faith Miller, email, *****@***.com. I request tha you immediately look into this error on your system, and send through an apology and remove any black marks against me! I also want to know what to do with the item that has been incorrectly sent to me?
