I have ordered a bunch of items however the dates on them keep changing and the item that was suppose to be here oct.** has not come in yet,it is now Nov.*st and the o line support said to contact them nov.*st if my item has not come in yet.i did that yet the automatic online chat said to contact befor December now .its like they do not want to give my money back to me or tell me where my item is.This is the first time I've used wish to purchase items and it may very well be my last once my other items come in.if customer support is all done thru an automatic system such as this then there is no real way to speak to someone about missing items or refunds.I just want my money or my item.
