Your company refunded me for this item in the amount of **.**. I was charged **.** for the new iPad Pro *.* tablet computer, but was sent the **.** Samsung laptop. Your company refunded my account for **.**. You charged me **.** for the cheaper Samsung tablet, kept the iPad Pro *.* Tablet Computer. Please send me an RMA so I can send back the damaged Samsung Tablet Laptop. My address is on file in your company computer. *Thank you, *Rhonda McBath
