I recently placed an order for 1 pair of size 10 Caterpillar boots, but I received five pairs instead. I have shopped on your site before and have been happy with the experience. I believe this was just a mistake. I have a few more items I plan to order and hope this issue won't happen again. My wife will be returning the extra boots to you via FedEx with a tracking number on each box. The boots were originally shipped from China by USPS. Could you confirm if this is the correct address for the returns? If it's different, please provide the correct one for the full refund. I accidentally canceled my order for a free bra because I didn't know its color. I informed Wish to keep the $0.66 in my account to reorder with the correct color. However, after canceling, I was charged full price instead of the free offer, which I would have avoided if I knew. I tried contacting customer service but only received automated responses about the cancellation. I sent multiple emails requesting resolution, but they were ignored as my other items were shipped regardless. I feel disappointed and believe new customers should be informed about how orders work to avoid these issues. I just want my original order reinstated, as they already charged me $0.66 for it. I accidentally canceled my order for a free bra because I didn't know the color. I requested Wish to keep the funds in my account as I planned to reorder immediately choosing the color. After canceling, the price changed from free shipping to over **.**. I tried to contact a human but received repetitive messages about the cancellation. I sent numerous emails asking for help but they were ignored, and my other items were shipped anyway. I would appreciate if they reinstate my order, as I already paid sixty-six cents. I felt disregarded by their lack of response and want my first-time customer bonus reinstated. I am upset as I missed out on deals and faced issues with cancellations. I hope to resolve this promptly.

I am attempting to obtain a refund from Wish.com for an item that was never delivered. I have been dealing with an automated bot through email, which seems unable to grasp the proper subject. Despite clearly indicating "refund issues" in the email heading, Wish.com categorized it as an "account issue" and closed the ticket mistakenly. Wish.com's customer support is extremely lacking, with minimal assistance available. When calling the [redacted] number, the system instructs me to seek help online. I am seeking guidance on how to successfully secure my refund from Wish.com. (After this experience, I do not plan on utilizing Wish.com services again.)

I have three or four orders that are over 90 days late. I believe the issue arose when I moved, as I've never encountered this problem before. Customer service redirected me to Wish assistance, which has been unhelpful and repeats the same advice to contact them by a certain date. Despite my efforts, I can't reach them. I've been patient, but I doubt the orders will arrive since I've received three other orders after these. I seem to be flagged due to numerous returns caused by receiving items that didn't match their descriptions. This discrepancy is critical for me as I have a skin condition. While I appreciate getting refunds for these specific items, I demand a refund for the late orders. I've relocated, which may have led to delivery issues. I've received some items at my new address, but the others seem lost. I hope the company can resolve this promptly. If not, I might pursue legal action or involve the media to address the ongoing inconvenience they've caused me.

I urgently need to cancel my entire order. Unfortunately, due to feeling under the weather, I became very confused about the pricing, especially regarding the free items. Although I see the credits on my online bank statement, I understand they may only appear temporarily until the order ships. The order was placed via the app, and I regret not noticing how much I was spending as the Wish buttons are new to me. I am very cautious about my online financial details. While I find Wish to be an exciting platform, I would like to cancel my order, have it fully credited, and have my financial information removed. Subject: Urgent Issue with Account I suspect that an employee may have used my credit card to make a purchase on my account. The individual changed my email to adamsmithh228+[redacted], altered my address to one in Russia, and modified my account settings, preventing my access. Consequently, I fear I may not receive the items I ordered and paid for. I kindly request an investigation into this matter to refund $99 charged to my credit card and $21 from my wish cash. I have purchased approximately $[redacted] worth of jewelry, purses, and other items over the past three years for my daughter, her friends, and 13 nieces. Unfortunately, I have only received about 60% of my orders, some of which arrived damaged. As a result, I requested a refund. To my dismay, I have been flagged by Wish for potentially abusing their refund policy, and I am unable to access Customer Support through the app. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. I recently purchased a Harley Quinn 4-piece costume from Wish, but I only received 2 pieces. The missing items are the shirt and glove. Furthermore, the shorts I received were a different size compared to the jacket. I've had multiple issues with missing items in my orders from Wish, and I am hesitant to place any new orders. I placed an order on Wish, but I have not received it even though it's been past the expected delivery date by 2 weeks. I requested a refund, but after waiting an additional 2-3 weeks, I have still not received it. It has now been a month, and I am yet to get my money back. I've checked with my bank and reached out to your customer service team multiple times but to no avail. Recently, it seems like I have been blocked from getting a refund, which is frustrating. I am not trying to scam anyone; I simply want my refund as I did not receive the items. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly as I value your company's reputation for customer satisfaction. I purchased a 12V/24V Car Truck Battery Switch on September 19, [redacted], with an estimated delivery date in mid-October. Despite checking the delivery status multiple times and seeing no progress, I decided to cancel my order using the support option on the tracking page and requested a refund of $9.54 (order ID 5ba1045b9408d9763c4e7dcc). To my surprise, on October 28, [redacted], the status now shows the package as delivered and confirmed by the customer. I never received this order, and I'm still seeking a full refund. It is frustrating that I could not track my package successfully until after I canceled the order. I am unsure how your company maintains a 4.8 rating with these issues.

I have recently received another order of faulty luggage from Wish that I wish to return. Upon contacting Wish Customer Support, I was informed that my account has been flagged for numerous refunds. I am frustrated because if Wish would sell genuine items instead of replicas, I wouldn't be in this situation requesting returns. To add to my troubles, my initial order was made unintentionally. When I attempted to cancel, I was only offered store credit instead of a full refund, leaving me no choice but to go through with the purchase, despite knowing the quality might be lacking. Upon receiving the items, it became evident that the quality was poor, and I am seeking a full refund. Furthermore, I kindly request access to live customer service representatives as I prefer speaking with a real person rather than an automated system.

I have ordered approximately five items, and all of them have been stuck at the same location since October 17th. It is now November 1st, and two of the items are overdue. The first item, currently in California since the 17th, was initially expected to arrive on October 22nd, then was postponed to the 29th without any movement and has not been delivered yet. The second item, a baby romper jacket, was due to arrive yesterday but now shows a November delivery date. These items were meant as gifts for an upcoming baby shower, and at this rate, the baby will already be here before I receive them. I am disappointed as I have ordered from this site before without facing such issues. My order history also seems to be inaccurate, showing multiple items with no progress for weeks. I am eager to receive my purchased items and seek assistance as there is no option to speak to a customer service representative.

I recently tried to follow up on an order I haven't received yet, only to find out I cannot contact customer service because of what they deem as excessive refunds. The refund policy states that if an order isn't received by the guaranteed due date, a refund is issued. What's frustrating is that even if the product arrives later, I'm allowed to keep it after the refund. My refunds were due to receiving the wrong item, it being damaged, or the incorrect size. When I provided evidence, they issued the refunds. Now, my ability to contact customer service is blocked until I make more purchases. This situation feels unfair as a customer. It seems questionable that they can restrict my access after taking my money.

I ordered wireless bluetooth headphones from WISH over a month ago, but I have not received the item. According to the tracking number, it was delivered to my mailbox, but I did not get it. Even after reaching out to customer service for a refund on October 14, [redacted], I have not received any response. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and assistance. I heard about other customers having issues with WISH and I am concerned about the security of my personal information. It would be helpful if WISH had a customer service phone number for better support. I am disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I have received.
