I ordered a **V***V Car Truck Battery Switch on Sept. **, **** with an estimated delivery date of Mid October.(order ID *ba****b****d****c*e*dcc) When checking the status of the delivery several times and finding no progress in the shipment, I finally decide to cancel my order via the support option given on the tracking page, and requested a full refund of $*.**. After not hearing anything from Wish Support I rechecked my order status, only to find that now on October **, **** it indicates delivery with customer confirming delivery. I never received this order. It's funny how I've been trying to track my package by using the tracking number provided by Wish on the order confirmation and could never get an update until I canceled my order and ask for a full refund. The status it now showing that the package has been delivered with customer confirmation. I never received this package and I am asking for the full refund of the $*.** Not sure how your company has a *.* rating either.
