I recently received my orders and was disappointed to find that two items were incorrect and one was defective. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that my account has been flagged for excessive refunds, which I find unreasonable given that the errors were on "Wish's" part. It's frustrating to be accused of misusing the refund policy. I simply want the correct items in proper condition. I'm willing to provide photos of the incorrect and defective items as proof.

I need assistance with my order as the automated system hasn't been helpful. I am waiting for two pairs of stockings in different colors that were supposed to arrive by October 9th, but the updated date now shows October 16th. I was advised to wait 5 more days after the 16th before contacting support. It's been 5 days now, and when I reached out, they repeated the same information and offered no real help despite my feedback about the unhelpful interaction. I frequently use this app and have more orders on the way. If this issue isn't resolved and it occurs with my other pending orders, I may consider using a different discount platform. I understand delays happen, but it's frustrating and inconvenient to reach out for support within this app.

I placed an order on 9/6/18 with an expected arrival date of 10/5/18. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive, and I adjusted my arrival date to 10/27/18, but my daily check-in now shows a new date of 10/15/18. Today is 10/23/18, and the package has still not been delivered. Wish's tracking information indicates it has not been updated since 9/18/18. When attempting to address this through the complaint section of the app, it suggested a refund, but I want the item I originally ordered. I am dissatisfied with the service provided. The phone number provided appears suspicious, as no one is reachable regardless of when I call. The app's ordering system is disappointing, and I feel like there might not be genuine customer service behind it, only a system taking our money.

My orders have been halted even after verifying my account more than 72 hours ago. No updates received. My credit is excellent. Support has been contacted via email. Five orders have been refunded. I changed my address to 10 Roberts Street, Berri, South Australia [redacted], which may be the cause of the issue. This is now my permanent address. I wish to continue shopping on Wish without any hindrances. At 67, I have thoroughly enjoyed shopping on Wish, which is convenient for me. I am not a criminal and seek to resolve this matter promptly to use my own funds. Kindly reinstate my orders so I can shop again. My account has been flagged for refunds, but I recently canceled orders immediately after placing them due to issues with the Wish app. I have been a customer since [redacted] or [redacted]. I encountered problems with the slide and pay feature, accidentally placing orders I intended to cancel while trying to remove that feature. Despite following Wish's steps to remove my PayPal information, it resulted in my address being deleted and the slide and pay feature being reactivated. I prefer to manually enter payment information each time I make a purchase and do not want my details saved. I am unable to contact support about a problem with an order due to my account status. I have emails from Wish confirming that I canceled the order promptly after it was placed, not seeking a refund. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue or would consider deactivating my account.

Hi, my account got flagged for excessive refunds, even though I've only had one. I noticed that a recently ordered item was refunded before I received it. I still want the defense flashlight, so please cancel the refund and send it soon. Also, I received the wrong free gift that I paid shipping for, but I didn't want a refund because my wife liked the item. I just wanted to report the wrong item. The only refund I requested was for a defective defense flashlight. I ordered the same model from a different supplier, which got cancelled by mistake today. Please correct this. Thank you.

I have not received the boots I ordered, which supposedly were delivered on the 22nd. My account is flagged due to what you claim are excessive refunds. Products should not have loose threads, and customers who do not receive their orders deserve refunds without question. Failing to do so reflects poorly on your company. If I do not receive a refund for the boots promptly, I will discourage others from shopping on Wish. Please process the refund without further debate.

I encountered an issue with wish.com where I applied a promo code for a discount but it did not reflect at checkout. Despite multiple attempts to contact Wish through email, I only received generic responses stating the code might be expired, even though it is still advertised on their website. I recently placed an order totaling $[redacted].60 for jewelry, but I am disappointed with the quality of most of the items, except for three bracelets. I suspect that a significant portion of the cost is attributed to shipping fees. Some items I received were not even part of my initial order. Given my financial constraints, I find it distressing to have spent so much on subpar products. I intend to return most of the jewelry and would like to cancel any outstanding orders. I am experiencing a significant issue with your customer support services. Several items that were never delivered have resulted in missing refunds. I am currently blocked and unable to reach anyone for assistance. Despite numerous emails, my situation remains unresolved, causing financial loss due to undelivered orders and missing refunds. When most of my items arrived damaged or defective, I provided photos highlighting the issues, explained the problems, and demonstrated that the items were not as described each time. However, one recent item never arrived, and despite me trying to contact Wish for a refund since it was expected on the 4th and now it's the 25th, my account, for some reason, is considered "in bad standing," preventing me from reporting the missing item. I have consistently proven discrepancies in the products received, but Wish is withholding my refund and the missing item, which feels like theft as they are taking my money without providing the service I paid for. I can provide further evidence through pictures or videos if necessary. I am seeking a refund to close my account due to the poor customer service experience. Given this treatment, I do not recommend shopping on Wish. My main goal was to receive the purchased item, but the disrespectful customer service has led me to request a refund and delete the app. Wish has wasted my time and caused frustration. I urge them to get in touch with me promptly.

I have not received 5 or 6 products that I ordered. I have contacted customer service, but it is past the return window. I have been patient and understanding, but I never received the items, so I cannot return them. Is there any way to receive a credit for the money lost on these products? Thank you, Amanda.

Hello, My name is Saima. I am a loyal customer of Wish. Lately, I have made several purchases from Wish, but every time I reach out to customer service, I don't get a response. I keep receiving automated messages stating that my returns are too frequent and that my flags are up. My concern is that I have been receiving incorrect and damaged items. Despite providing photos and videos as evidence, the issue persists. I need assistance as I continuously end up with the wrong products after paying for them. I have been a customer for over two years, and I ask for some respect and a proper response to my concerns. This problem of receiving switched items, wrong colors, and sizes needs to be addressed promptly. I am willing to return the items at my expense if necessary. I still have most of the items, and I am open to further investigation if needed. However, I cannot continue making purchases if I keep receiving incorrect items. Please help me resolve this issue.

Last year, I ordered various plant seeds, bonsai plants, and knives from Wish, but after waiting for 5 months without receiving them, I requested refunds. Recently, I purchased a mini lathe for $[redacted], a dog bowl with a fountain for $40, and other items totaling $[redacted]. Unfortunately, both the lathe and dog bowl are defective. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue with Wish, my account remains flagged, and they have not responded to my requests for assistance. I have only sought refunds for items that were either undelivered or faulty. Wish is now refusing to refund me $[redacted] for the broken items, which is frustrating considering the significant amount of money I have spent on their platform. Hi, I'm Monique B. I ordered three items from Wish on June 22nd, but only received one. The two items I'm still waiting for are sexy women's fashion slim fit print leggings for summer and casual yoga pants. One has a tracking number um [redacted] CN, and the other has um 44[redacted] CN. I'm giving up on the free ring you offered. Please refund the $33 paid on June 22nd - $20.50 + $13. I'm disappointed with the lack of response and customer service and will involve my lawyer if I don't hear back soon.

I am experiencing a hold on my account which I have tried to resolve by providing copies of my bank statements multiple times. I have been a dedicated customer of Wish for over a year, along with my wife, Adam and Verda S. We have made purchases using various payment methods like PayPal, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard without any issues before. Despite this, the hold persists, and we are eager to make new furniture purchases for our home. On October 22, [redacted], I placed an order with a total of $88.40. However, when I checked my credit card statement, there was an additional unauthorized charge of $[redacted].20. I did not make this purchase and would like an immediate refund to my credit card. Unfortunately, I encountered issues trying to contact customer support through the app. Every time I tried to explain the situation, the text disappeared when I clicked "done." Even emailing through the app proved to be unsuccessful as it wouldn't allow me to send my message. This experience has been frustrating and I am considering no longer shopping with Wish due to previous similar problems. It's crucial for Wish to address these customer service issues promptly. I encountered an issue when trying to make a purchase on Wish. I reached the payment stage and had to update my card information due to a security breach. However, the system did not accept the new details and requested a photo of my statement with a payment to Wish for verification, which I was unable to provide. Now, I am unable to use my account, and it seems the company is not assisting me effectively. This is my third and final attempt to resolve this matter. If no action is taken by 01/11/[redacted], I will no longer engage with Wish and will unsubscribe from further emails.

I recently attempted to contact Wish regarding an order I placed. I have not received my items, which include two orange opal rings and an aquamarine ring. Someone named Ron called me about my order, stating it would cost $[redacted] due to the Aquamarine ring being from Korea and unavailable, causing a delay. I was surprised as this charge was not disclosed on the Wish website. I asked to cancel the order, but Ron became rude and called me offensive names, also threatening additional charges. When my husband called back, he was also insulted and sworn at. The caller's number is [redacted]. I am seeking resolution and plan to contact the Attorney General's office. - Diann D.
