i have been told i have excessive refunds that's a total lie i complained about stuff i received and you refunded the stuff so get your facts right.now to the reason i need an answer on i ordered * tops Tracking *: JD**************** i was told at payment they would be due on **th oct then after i paid it said **th oct i thought ok no worries * extra day is fine now when i checked my account they both say **th oct i paid for faster shipping so tell me why if i pay extra i don't get them on the day i was supposed to get them if this is the way you run your site then the orders i have put in will be my last i will never order from you again if this is the way i am to be treated. your quote on your website says "We have your back! You never have to worry when you shop on Wish." well i don't think you do especially when we go back to the start of my message that you say i have misused the refunds policy as i said before i have not i have bought stuff and have not been happy with it so yes i was due refunds but this has only happened a few times all the other stuff i have bought was fine and no issues so as i said get your facts right before accusing me of excessive refunds.
