I accidentally clicked order when I did not want to. I went to my order history, but there was no "big blue request refund button." My only option was to go through each individual item and ask for customer support which entailed a lot of jumping through hoops. I want to cancel all of my order, but I shouldn't have to spend an hour doing so for one mistake click. I should get a complete refund and that problem (both on web and mobile*app) needs to be addressed.
