I purchased a mummy bag that is now unavaliable. I already paid for it and do not have the one ordered. I need a refund. It is on my order history as unavailabe. I have written four times about this issue with no response. I have items that I am ready to purchase, but will never use Wish again if you do not refund the money. Everytime I write, no response, or sorry, but we cannot refund your money. This is very frustrating and poor customer service. I dial the contact numbers and all I get is a machine trying to sell more stuff. Please RESPOND!!!
