How can I continue to shop when a lot of the pending items I've purchased I have still not received. How do you guys strive to provide the most delightful customer experience possible cause you don't and instead of apologize for not meeting my expectations in this situation. Why can't you just return my money that was taken for the items that I haven't received or have the store reship the item. I also find it bullshit that your going to pass this feedback to your team so they're aware of my experience. Because I still have not had a good turn around with wish.*I'm missing a dress & two eyeliner that are past there due date.
