I have a problem with my order. I’ve tried the support portion of your app* calling* and messaging on Facebook, Instagram, AND Twitter for * days and have had no response. I am absolutely livid with your company right now. **Order ID: *b*c*****c******f*ced**b*Tracking *: SY*************These items’ initial estimated delivery date was ****. Then I got a notification late that evening that there was a delay and to allow until **** and to contact support if it wasn’t received by then. Well it’s now on ***** and I STILL have not received these items, nor am I even getting a response from customer support. **I would like my items - whenever they arrive - as well as a shipping refund as a courtesy for the unacceptable “service” I have received...or not.**I have attached screenshots and documentation of when my order was placed, estimated delivery dates, etc. as well. Thanks.****Note the delivery date...***This is the notification I received at **:** am on October SECOND - AFTER my items were supposed to be delivered in the first place!!! (See below for proof of date.) ***Again, I’ve been trying to contact you for * whole days, and today is the *rd.
