I placed an order for a ring on July 19, [redacted]. The initial arrival date was set for late August but changed to a later date in September shortly before the original delivery date. Despite several attempts to inquire about the delivery status in September, customer support informed me that deliveries can sometimes be delayed and asked if I was willing to wait. I checked the package progress screen which instructed contacting Wish within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance or a refund. Today, on September 25, [redacted], when I tried to contact customer support as instructed, I was told it was too late for a refund. I am disappointed as the ring is what I want, and I paid in good faith. I do not wish to receive Wish cash for another purchase due to past delays. I am requesting a refund for the item that was never delivered. The new date has passed, and after contacting Wish customer support multiple times in September, I was told to wait as deliveries can be delayed. Today, on 9/25/18, I tried to contact them again as instructed by a screen message, but was informed it is now too late for a refund. I was offered Wish cash instead, but I prefer a full refund as I have not received the ring. The new date has passed, and I contacted customer support multiple times in September with no clear resolution. The package tracking showed no updates since 9/23/18. According to the website, I'm supposed to contact Wish within 30 days after the estimated delivery if help is needed. Today is 9/25/18, and I'm being told it's too late for a refund. I've started a small online electronics retail business. I purchase items from the stores VIP Outlet and Tech Rabbit on Wish. I've been using multiple accounts with the same bank and ID but different shipping addresses for my business. Wish kept blocking my big purchases, so I had to create new accounts each time. I recently spent $[redacted] on two TVs, but haven't received a proper response from customer support. They keep telling me my account is on hold due to Wish's policy, leaving me unable to provide good customer service or cancel the orders. I've emailed them multiple times without a solution. I need an update on my orders and tracking information urgently.

Order #5baae46419e3db75afb9eb42 was placed on 9-25-18 while I was in the middle of selecting items. Unexpectedly, an order confirmation popped up. I promptly reached out through the support link to explain the situation and requested for the order to be canceled, as I was not ready to proceed with the purchase. After receiving a response advising me to request a refund through the order history by tapping a big blue button, I attempted to do so but could not locate the button. I followed up with another email requesting the order cancellation immediately. I was informed that any items already shipped could not be canceled. I have taken the necessary steps with my credit card company to refuse payment upon the charge processing. If the items are sent despite my explicit request not to proceed, payment will be declined. I have fulfilled my obligations, and I expect the same from your end.

I encountered an issue with the app on my Android device requiring me to submit a picture as proof of attempting to place an order. After complying, it stated that I may have to wait up to three days for a response. This delay is concerning because by then, the items I intend to order may be out of stock. I am hesitant to proceed with my order without utilizing my promotional code, which is specifically for first-time orders. Since this will be my initial purchase, I am lacking a customer number. I urge to proceed with setting up my account to utilize the first-time order promo code promptly, ensuring I secure the items I desire.

FedEx returned a package that could not be delivered to Yolanda McCray at [redacted] Diagonal Rd Apt [redacted], Akron, Ohio [redacted]. They mistakenly listed the state as AE and the zip code as [redacted]. The package contained a green child's coat in size 5. I am not seeking a refund but rather for the coat to be correctly delivered to the right address. The tracking number is LY[redacted]51CN, and it was supposed to arrive in Akron on August 31, [redacted]. I find it unprofessional that there has been no communication with me as the customer. I can be reached at [redacted]. Why can't the package be sent via postal service when we have received items from Wish on Sundays before? I am eagerly awaiting for my granddaughter's winter coat, especially as the price has increased from $5.00 to $20.00. I have also received a new debit card and require assistance. I recently ordered perfume from Wish. However, upon checking the order history, I noticed that the package was delivered to Lawrence, Kansas instead of Newton, Kansas where it was meant to go. I am concerned and unsure of what steps to take to either receive my product or get a refund. The details on the order, including the address and credit card information, were correct, so it is unclear why it was delivered to the wrong location. My name is Vernon Martin and I ordered a bottle of Alien perfume for my wife. The delivery was expected on the 22nd, but as of the 27th, it was marked as delivered to an address in Lawrence, Kansas instead of Newton, Kansas.

I am seeking assistance from Wish customer service to address the issue with my account being blocked for refunds. Upon reviewing my account, you will find that most of the refunds I requested were for items that were not received, orders canceled due to the store being out of stock, incorrectly sized or colored items, defective products, and items of poor quality. I have always been willing to return these items, but in many cases, Wish opted to issue a refund instead. I kindly ask for the removal of the account restriction and reimbursement for two undelivered items: the heart-shaped rose gold phone ring and the blue windbreaker jacket (size 3XL) that did not arrive as scheduled today. It is unclear to me why my account was flagged for issues related to items that were either undelivered or defective. Given that I paid for these items and did not receive what I purchased, I believe a refund is justified. I respectfully request the restoration of my account. For some reason, after one year of ordering many items, every time I try to place an order, you deny me but ask for a bank statement (which I can't provide due to privacy reasons). I hope you find a different way to verify my identity. This trouble began after being locked out of my computer and using my email accounts. Please reset my account; I've tried emailing with no response. Contact me at my new phone number, [redacted], or email me at my yahoo address. I can't send sensitive information online. I made several orders on Wish and later canceled some. Now, I see that I have $60 Wish cash. When I tried to order a grey wallet for $10 with $9 shipping, I added a code but I am unsure if it applied correctly as it said the total order was free. I only have 2 large purses on the way, one pink and one greyish silver, as the other orders were canceled before any money was deducted except for the $52 for the two purses.

Earlier today, on October 1, [redacted], I placed an order on the Wish website for several items. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to update my credit card information as the card displayed was closed. Additionally, I was unable to apply a promo code that has since expired. I would like to update my credit card details and utilize the promo code "customer" to possibly enjoy a 50% discount on my order. Regrettably, I am unable to retrieve the order number as I am locked out of my order. If there is no solution to rectify these issues, I will have to cancel the order and may reconsider future purchases. This order was intended for my grandchildren and 2 of my great-grandchildren as Christmas presents and was meant as a trial to assess the quality before making further purchases.

I received one of three items from my order today, but it doesn't fit. I tried reaching out to Wish customer support, but it seems that my account is flagged. I won't keep something that doesn't fit and need assistance promptly. Order placed on September 11, [redacted]. Item: Plus Size New Winter Women's Fashion Cotton Long Sleeves Outwear Two-Piece Hooded Denim Coat Jacket Suit Casual Denim Coat + Sweatshirt Vest with Hood Girls Loose Jacket Overcoat Cowboy Jacket Hooded Vest. Store: sfzxhil. Quantity: 1. Delivered on October 2, [redacted]. Tracking #: LN[redacted]48CN. I got a $1.80 rebate gift card since another shopper bought the same item. Price: $18.00. Size: XXL, Color: Light Blue. I typically wear a size medium but opted for a larger size based on customer reviews, and it's still too small. Wish's return policy allows thirty days for returns, but they don't offer exchanges.

This is my first time ordering from your company. I tried using the app on my phone to place an order, but I couldn't figure out how to remove items from my order. I also reached out on Messenger for help. I ordered 6 to 8 items and used the coupon code CUSTOMERS for a 50% discount, which wasn't applied, and the shipping cost of $66 is unacceptable. It's frustrating not being able to speak with a live person over the phone. Although I received an email confirmation that my order shipped, it only listed one item. The ordering process with your company seems confusing, and this experience might discourage me from ordering again from Wish. Despite the lower prices, customer service should not be compromised.

I'm Diane Stone. I bought something from Wish that didn't fit, so I returned it to the company with a UPS return label. The company confirmed receiving the item and issuing a $[redacted] refund to Wish. Despite sending over 40 messages to Wish in 2 months, I have not received the refund. The company tried contacting Wish without success. Wish claims to be investigating internally but hasn't resolved the issue. The company is willing to send the refund directly to my checking account, but I'm waiting for Wish to act.

I have consistently provided the necessary information, yet when I attempt to make a purchase, there's an error message stating there's an issue with my user account. Despite sending screenshots of recent purchase attempts multiple times, the issue persists unresolved. I believe one possible concern could be my use of my mother's debit card for purchases as I do not have one myself, although we have used her card without any difficulties in the past. I am eager to resume shopping, as there are several items we would like to buy. I confirm that I am Nicole Montoya and everything is legitimate. Upon receiving the projector system from Wish, I promptly informed them of its faultiness. I requested either a replacement item or a refund. Wish asked for pictures showcasing the issue, which I have duly provided. Despite my efforts, I have not yet received a refund and have been informed that the refund deadline has passed. I placed an order with your company towards the end of May or possibly in mid-June for several items. Regrettably, I have not received the summer pullover tank dresses I ordered yet. These dresses have spaghetti straps on the shoulders, an open back, and come in various colors including baby blue, fluorescent green, hot pink, melon, fluorescent orange, and yellow. I purchased three of these tank dresses in fluorescent orange, yellow, and green using my credit card. I live at [redacted] Olive Street, Bunceton, Missouri 6 5 2 3 7. I received some of my order, such as the Fourth of July pullover shirt with bows on the back, but I am still missing the tank dresses. If yellow is not available, I would like the baby blue dress. I purchased several items six months ago and have been tracking one delivery scheduled for arrival by July 7, [redacted]. The package was last seen leaving China for the U.S. I have reached out to Wish and U.S.P.S. for assistance, with no success in locating it. The package has an international tracking number UM[redacted]68CN. Despite reaching out through the Wish App, I have not received any resolution to this matter. I expect a refund, credit, replacement, or re-order of the product without extra charges. My preference is for the Jack Daniels tank in Black, but I am open to the newest Jack Daniels tank, casual O-neck sleeveless. Hello there, my name is Melissa Wedin. I have made several purchases on Wish and I am waiting on a light bar for my fish tank that hasn't arrived yet. I ordered a total of 3 light bars but only received 2 so far. Waiting until the 15th of the next month for the remaining item seems unreasonable to me. Additionally, I ordered what I thought was a tub of aquatic super glue containing at least 10 or more tubs of glue, and that hasn't arrived either. These items are essential for my fish keeping hobby, and I am not satisfied with the service. I have concerns with the advertisements on the site as well. I will be discontinuing my use of Wish in the future. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
