I have been buy on wish for several months now. In a * month span at least ten or more items have just vanished. I recieved my money back and then it says we are sorry you can keep the item anyway. I have never recieved any of the items that have been missing. I mean nothing. So where do the items go? Are the shippers that unreliable? My second question is that the items that I do receive are substandard. Why do you not test or at least receive and prove that your items are exactly what they say they are. Is there any kind of quality control. I have two specific items that I believe are a big deal. I got one of the disc lights. Name brand to see if I wanted a full set. It says absorbs sun all day and lasts a full ten hours at night. Mine is in full sun all day and then it shuts off at * am every night. Why? I just recieved ten pair of ***% beeswax ear candles. I use them in my work. What I got were not beeswax. I got some generic ear candles that do not even burn uniformly and are some crazy colors. They should have been a natural color and burn correctly. I have not recieved my money back as of yet but this makes me very angry. Do you test the products you sell and why cant you guarantee the items the public should know that your shippers can not be dependable. I had my heart set on ten different items that never showed up and I waited a month for them. This is no way to run a business. I am going to share my experience on social media so I can at least help people not to depend on wish because they can not be trusted. I also did not receive an item and because I had waited * days to long without reporting it I lost my money. No excuses. I just lost my money because I missed a deadline that you placed on my reply. If I do not receive my items then no matter what you should give a refund. The way you do business is very frustrating. People need to know there is a risk buying on wish and that it's not dependable. What about Christmas time? Am I going to have to wonder if I will get the item and will it be right all the time?
