I ordered a Fitbit and before I swiped the order button I read the description and it clearly says package INCLUDES * watch one charger and a manual everyone else who has ordered the item got all the things that I should have all I received was the band there's no middle part no charger no manual when I contacted wish support they told me they would contact the seller and should hear back within ** hours that was * days ago I want the items I'm missing to be shipped to my house like they should have been
I want the missing items to be shipped to my house free of charge
Contacting customer support they ignored my tickets
