Help with my Wish.com issue

On July **, **** I ordered * items. I received refills of gel pens for the case of *** gel pens, and part of a bullet journal kit I ordered which was the stencils I received. Arrival date was supposed to be ******* then I got notification arrival date was changed to *******. I have not received rest of order (the bullet journal kit and the gel pens). I am unable to track items as my phone was damaged. I sent you an email on ******* in which you said to go onto the app to track my items. I am unable to since I no longer have that phone. *As I stated items were ordered on *******. Total was $**.**. My bank is Credit * and trace No. is *****. I have been waiting since the original date of order and it appears I am not going to get it, I would appreciate a refund. Please email me ASAP.
GetHuman-gothicbe did not yet indicate what Wish.com should do to make this right.
