Ordered on July **th **** and estimated to arrive by the *nd of August **** as the latest date, the above mentioned canvas painting has still not arrived to it's desired destination. As a customer and first time user of wish, I am terribly disappointed at the extremely poor service I have received with regards to the delivery of my order. A refund was suggested to me upon every checkup that I made with the tracking of my package*, yet in keeping with my blind faith, I chose to wait a little longer, trusting that despite the delay I would still receive my package. But to my dismay*, I still wait in vain. I would very much like for my package to be tracked down here in South Africa and delivered to me promptly or for another to be shipped to the destination that has been provided. If that task becomes unable to perform then I would like no other refund besides the money I had paid for it to be transferred back into my account. I would truly appreciate it if the afore mentioned suggestions are undertaken and would hate to have to resort to an unsettling method of having to deal with such a disappointment.
GetHuman-alhadiya did not yet indicate what Wish.com should do to make this right.
