My son purchased mini products on Wish yesterday, the order went through and was confirmed. However, today, 24 hours later, the whole order reappeared in the basket as if it wasn't processed. After trying to close the Wish order, it wouldn't close stating that one item had been sold. Following my experience, I suggested removing the item to try and close the order. Doing so, the system now indicates he's receiving a refund for everything, which is not what he wants. He needs the refund urgently to reorder the correct items. Please, assist us promptly. Hello, I have been trying to bring attention to the shipping issues to South Africa. It is a place where theft is rampant, including packages not being delivered by the Post office. People have noticed that packages with "Wish" on them are easy targets for theft. Many customers in South Africa have not received their Wish orders. I am willing to pay more for shipping if it ensures safe delivery. Please prioritize finding an alternative shipping method to South Africa. I have contacted Wish numerous times about this issue. I have some pending orders with Geek on Facebook that were supposed to arrive by August 22, [redacted]. I have received only part of my order and need the remaining items to be sent to my updated address. Although my home address and phone number remain the same, I have changed my email from [redacted] to [redacted] I am looking to track down my missing packages, which include red and black lingerie items, sex machine extended rods, vibrators, dildos, and equipment. I am eagerly awaiting the delivery and would like to know the status of the shipments. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. April T.

Hello! I am a big fan of WISH and often place monthly orders. Recently, I came across cell phones on the site and was excited, as I'm looking for an affordable 6-inch phone without a contract. Before I make a purchase, I have some specific questions about how to activate it. Currently, I use a prepaid LG phone with Verizon, so I'm wondering how the process will be different with a new phone from WISH. Do the phones come with SIM cards, and how do I activate and choose a carrier? Will I receive all the necessary information with the new phone, or do I need to switch out my current SIM card? I want to make sure I can easily set up the new phone myself like I did with my current one. If you could provide detailed guidance via text or email, that would be greatly appreciated. I recently ordered items that were mistakenly sent to the wrong address, not associated with my account. I reached out to the company to address this issue as it was a gift for a loved one's birthday. However, the customer care center only informed me of a refund, which was not what I had requested. Additionally, a coupon I used for the purchase was not refunded or replaced. I am dissatisfied with the lack of proper resolution and compensation for the error. I recently experienced another distressing issue with a drone I ordered from your company. The quadcopter I purchased for my father malfunctioned at a family event, causing embarrassment and distress. The hardware had faulty pins, and the propellers did not work properly despite following the instructions. Unfortunately, my experience with your customer service has been disappointing. Hello, I have made two orders for the "High-end men's fashion retro velvet slim-fitted prom costume blazer stage." Each time I was informed that my payment would be refunded, but at the same time, it says the item has been shipped. I am unsure if it is sold out or if you only have one size available. I placed two different orders, one size larger than the other, so this might be the cause of the confusion. Could you please provide clarification on this situation? If the item is sold out, will you restock it in the future, or do you have any information on other sellers who might carry this item? Thank you for your assistance.

I mistakenly selected fast payment for an item I wanted to remove from my basket, a wine red rug, and was charged £28. I reached out to cancel immediately but have not received any response. I also contacted PayPal, who attempted to cancel the order with Wish. However, I have not heard back. As this is a large item with £11 postage, it would be costly to return (£11 delivery + £11 return = £22). I need a quick resolution as the site now states it's too late to cancel, despite my immediate notification. The lack of a phone number is making it challenging to address this issue. I am considering closing my Wish account. Can you assist in resolving this matter promptly? Thank you.

I placed an order on July 14th, [redacted], with an estimated delivery date of no later than August 2nd, [redacted], for a canvas painting. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the package at the intended location. My experience as a first-time Wish user has been disappointing due to the poor delivery service. Despite being advised to request a refund during each tracking inquiry, I chose to wait in hopes of receiving the package. However, it has not arrived, and I am still waiting. I kindly request the package to be tracked and promptly delivered to South Africa or for a replacement to be sent. If this is not possible, I request a full refund of the amount paid. I sincerely hope these actions can be resolved without causing further disappointment or inconvenience.

On July 11, [redacted], I placed an order for two items. I received refills of gel pens, a pack of [redacted] gel pens, and part of the bullet journal kit - the stencils. Initially, the delivery was scheduled for 8/15/18, but later changed to 8/21/18. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the remaining items - the bullet journal kit and the rest of the gel pens. Due to a damaged phone, I am unable to track the package using the app as suggested in a communication on 8/22/18. The order total was $10.00, and the payment was made via Credit 1, with Trace No. [redacted]. I have been patient since the order date, but it seems unlikely that I will receive the items. I made a purchase on August 24 and received an email confirming that my order was being processed. It was shipped to Denise Flack at [redacted] Stanley Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio [redacted]. My fiancé used his debit card for the payment. However, I then received a second email stating there was an issue with the card and that the money will be refunded by September 8th. I am confused as to how the charge went through if there was a problem with the card, leading to a refund later on. All the items were returned. I would like clarification on this matter. When I checked the app, it suggested reordering, but I am reluctant to do so until the refund is confirmed. Additionally, the shipping cost has significantly increased if I were to reorder, which is concerning. I hope this is not the standard procedure for your business. I attempted to reach your customer service line unsuccessfully. On August 18th, my truck was stolen in OKC, along with my credit cards. The thieves used my cards at multiple stores and attempted to make a purchase with my Chase Visa through your company. Chase notified me of the transaction #[redacted][redacted]. The OKC police department has requested any details I can provide about the card usage. I am interested in receiving information about the recipient's name or address for the attempted delivery. I have two orders that have not been fully delivered. Order #'s [redacted]; [redacted]. The items include Backpack baby maternity bags, 3pcs backpack book bag, waterproof makeup bag, and a rhinestone headband. I placed these orders in June [redacted]. I contacted online support and was informed the items were mistakenly delivered to a wrong address and that I would need a refund. I would like the items to be resent instead of receiving a refund. I received a $[redacted].00 tent that I did not order, and my card was charged for it! I now lack the funds in my account to pay rent. On the same day I did order some small items for the first time, but I received no other notification until I was informed the tent was on its way. I have been trying to contact them via email since. When the box arrived, it had split open; I had to buy tape to return it for a refund. The return instructions required a trip to the post office, forcing me to close my store earlier. The post office quoted $54 for the return shipping. This situation is unfair as I never ordered the tent. My father suggested reaching out to WLOS to expose these consumer protection issues. I simply bought an $11 loupe, and now this unexpected tent has created significant problems for me.

I recently ordered a pair of new Autumn winter boots for $5 with $6 shipping. However, when I checked my order history, I was shocked and upset to see that my order had been canceled due to what was listed as me canceling it, which I did not do. I have tried contacting customer service through the Wish app multiple times but have not received any responses, which I find disrespectful and unprofessional. I genuinely hope for assistance with this issue. Thank you for your attention. I really want to receive the boots I ordered. Although I received a refund, the current price for my size 11 US/42 EU has increased significantly, and I cannot afford it now. Kindly assist me. Thank you.

After waiting for three months for my product, I had to cancel my orders due to the delay. Unfortunately, Wish refused to refund me for some items, despite the extended wait, which was frustrating as I was eagerly waiting for their delivery. Instead, they provided me with credit. With this credit, I made a new purchase and even paid extra for expedited shipping, trusting it would arrive within the promised five days. Disappointingly, the package still did not reach me in time as it was wrongly shipped to Florida when it should have been delivered to New Jersey. Despite multiple emails, I have not received a satisfactory response from their customer service. While I used to order from Wish frequently in the past, this experience has made me reconsider. I simply seek a refund or some assistance from the company regarding the whereabouts of my delayed packages.

I was quite impressed with the swift delivery of the product. However, upon unpacking the panels, I was disappointed with the thin metal wiring between the posts. The product claims to be heavy-duty, but it does not live up to that description. Additionally, the metal used is not protective enough to withstand the Florida rain as advertised for outdoor use. I promptly requested a return and received an email with a PDF label, which indicated that Wish had covered the label cost. Following the instructions, I affixed the label to the box and took it to the post office, only to be informed that it wasn't the correct return label. Despite my efforts to follow the process, I haven't made any progress with the return weeks after requesting it. I find this whole experience frustrating, going in circles without a resolution in sight.

I ordered a Bluetooth 4 Channel Microphone Sound Audio Mixer Amplifier Console on August 2nd, and it was delivered to my address on August 13th. However, upon plugging it in, there was a humming noise and sparks coming from the transformer on the power lead, making it unsafe to use. I am requesting a full refund of £95.00 UK for this item since it is defective. I will return it to the seller. Despite this issue, I have previously had good experiences with other purchases from Wish. I am looking forward to hearing how you plan to resolve this matter and kindly ask for the return address to send the item back. Thank you.

This is the second time I have ordered from Wish. The first time, three of my items did not arrive, but I was still charged for them. This issue was never resolved. After not using the platform for a while, I decided to give it another try. However, this time there was a problem with my transaction, and my card was charged. It is frustrating that I have to wait 14 days for a refund for something that was not my fault. It's not right to be charged for products that were never received. I have done some research and found similar cases. It is concerning that even after acknowledging a transaction issue, they still charged me. I have consulted with attorneys about these matters, and they believe there may be legal grounds for fraud and misuse of funds. I will be involving my attorney in the next few days. Thank you.
