I mistakenly pressed the fast payment on An item I was trying to remove from my basket a wine red rug. They have charged £**. I immediately contacted them to cancel and have heard nothing. I also contacted PayPal who said they had gotten in touch with wish asking them to cancel the order. Still heard nothing. This is a big item and postage is £** so it would cost me more than the price of the rug to send it back ( £** delivery and return * £** ) I need this resolved asap as site is now saying it's too late to cancel but I informed the immediately. Having no phone number makes it extremely difficult to sort issues out. Seriously considering cancelling my Wish account. Is there anything you can do to resolve this issue please? Thank you.
