I ordered a wedding dress off your site. I waited the month to get a package. There was no dress , but a pillow case as a give and a letter explaining that the dress was damaged and they sent it back for repairs and gave me a new tracking number. I waited and waited. Nothing! I emailed them * times to inquire and hears nothing back. So I tried customer support. Never once did I ask for a refund. In fact I asked several times for my dress. And the only time I heard from either one, it was wish informing me that my money has been refunded. This dress WAS sold out! But then all of a sudden it was shown being sold again and for a much higher price. So they refunded my dress to resale and make more money!?! I'm not happy with this at all! Look at my account please. I have bought many things from y'all. But if this is how wishs' business is done, I think I'll take my money else where. I want answers! And I need that dress! My whole wedding has the design incorporated. I don't have time to redo everything. And I can't afford to rebuy the dress at a much higher price. Please help me.
