I am really so pissed it is beyond anything I have ever dealt with as far as customer service . Not being able to speak to anyone os ridiculous

I am trying to get my money they overcharged me on one item, a refund on the free item they charged me for and find out where my other item is ... I was overcharged for items bought I have been trying to get this matter resolved for almost a month with no satisfaction from customer service. *All I get from their emails is some bull **** reason why I may have been charged more ,I continuously tell them that answer does not apply to the overcharge. Then I get emails ask I g for more information and I send what they requested.then I get more emails asking for something else .*Now this is best yet today got a reply telling me it sounds like trouble with app technical difficulties to uninstall then reinstall the app to see if that will fix the problem REALLY YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING .*IT IS BULLSHIT YOU CANT BE REACHED BY PHONE BUT TO PUT ,NOT SURE BUT ,ROBOT OR COMPUTER GENERATED MESSAGES ON FOR REPLYS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IS REALLY ABOUT AS SHABBY AS IT COMES *NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE WHERE YOU CAN CALL A D SPEAK TO A PERSON IS LOW CLASS BUSINESS BUT COMPUTERS SENDING OUT GENERATED REPLIES THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW AND THE BBB SHOULD RED FLAG YOUR BUSINESSES I HAVE SEEN SOME ****** BUSINESSES BUT IF THIS IS HOW WISH DOES BUSINESS BUYER BEWARE .*I WAS CHARGED * dollars for a dress that was * dollars .*I was charged * dollars for a dress that is free *It wasn't because they charge more for certain sizes nor because I didn't check out before required time so don't even tell me that because not true *The dresses were also throughout the site listed at different prices *,*,*,*,* dollars yet I was charged the highest listed price on the site . You see I am not just blowing smoke up your bass because the one I was charged ** for was also listed at* dollars ..*The extreme hassle WISH is putting on me is ridiculous and the most outrageous treatment of a customer I have ever experienced in my ** years of life.*I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED THAT WISH TOOK FROM MY CARD THAT WAS OVER THE AMOUNT THEY SHOULD HAVE TAKEN OUT FOR THAT PURCHASE. PROBABLY NOT A PERSON RECEIVING THIS EITHER .*WISH HAS NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS*Well as it continues with the web site WISH I received the other dress I ordered, OH, WAIT A MINUTE, NO I DIDN'T BECAUSE THE DRESS THAT I ORDERED, THE FREE DRESS, I ORDERED THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR DID NOT ARRIVE INSTEAD IT WAS A DIFFERENT DRESS. *ISN'T THAT JUST ******* SPECIAL THEY HAVEN'T REFUNDED WHAT THEY OVER CHARGED ME BUT THEIR STUPIDITY IS OUTLANDISH. *THEY MAKE UP ALL KIND OF EXCUSES TO NOT REFUND WHEN THEY ***** UP AND THEY MAKE TRYING TO GET ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE SUCH A HASSLE IT IS OUTRAGEOUS, I THINK THEY INTENTIONALLY DO THIS SO THAT WE CUSTOMERS WILL JUST FINALLY WEAR OUT AND GIVE UP AND BECOME SILENT *THERE IS NO OTHER REASON THAT ANY BUSINESS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT SOMEONE WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE THEY ARE OUT TO SCAM PEOPLE AND TAKE HOWEVER MUCH OF YOUR MONEY THEY CAN RIP OFF BEFORE YOU CATCH THEM. EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY LOSE YOUR BUSINESS THEY DON'T CARE ANOTHER SUCKER HAS ALREADY ENTERED THEIR CARD NUMBER AND THE SCAM CONTINUES. *ALONG WITH BEING OVERCHARGED BEING FED A BUNCH OF BULL **** WHEN I EMAIL THEM, ONE EVEN SENT A REPLY SAYING SORRY I WAS HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND TO UNINSTALL THEN REINSTALL THE APP AND THE ISSUE SHOULD BE FIXED REALLY SAYS TO ME THE EMAIL IS NOT READ BY A HUMAN REPLIES ARE COMPUTER GENERATED, ANYWAY OVERCHARGED ON A ITEM CHARGED FOR A FREE ITEM SENT THE WRONG ITEM AFTER PAYING FOR IT, DIDN'T RELIZE FREE MEANT WHATEVER WE RIP YOU OFF FOR, BIT I HAVEN'T RECIEVED ONE ITEM THAT WAS ORDERED THE SAME DAY
They have made me send email after Email and they ask for something else every time I have sent everything they have requested more than once I have sent ALL TJE INFORMATION, there is nothing else to send they sendna Email back saying love to help you but I need more information about your problem. *Then a email telling me some kind of **** as to why I was CHARGED what I was *Ypu know my time is valuable I do have a job also and I do not have the time or patience to keep dealing with their scam they are trying to get by with *I do have a life and my life nor my job consists of dealing with this issue with WISH. COM every minute of every day
REFUNDING WHAT O WAS OVERCHARGED ON THE ONE ITEM GIVE MY MONEY BACK THEY TOOK FOR THE FREE ITEM AND RECIEVE THE other item NOT ASKING ALOT JUST WHAT THEY STOLE FROM ME.!!!!! *WITH ALL THE HASSLE AND HEADACHES THEY HAVE CAUSED ME IT WOULDN'T HURT FOR THEM TO THROW IN A FREE GIFT!!! *THATS REALLY FUNNY **** FREE GIFT FROM A RIP OFF SITE** now that is hilarious don't you think
I am a new customer. I thought of I placed a order that I would be charged the price shown on the ad and I also expect to receive what I order which I understand mistakes but don't give a flying flip after the hassle placed upon me by wish web site to hear any of the excuses about sending a different item and I expect to receive everything I ordered. *I also expect a legitimate to have a PHONE
I have sent oh god about twenty five or more emails I gone to the help desk I have sent screen shots I can't count the number of times I have complied to every request made by them credit card number, order number, screen shots, date of order I went on line looking for a number for them. I have sent screenshots telling them to show me where the **** they are trying to cram down my throat is on those ads. *The excuses they are giving me they told me it states on here, and I send screenshots telling them then point out where it says that I received another reply saying they need more information about what is the issue in order to help . short of jumping on a plane and putting a good old TEXAS *** WHIPPING ON
