The issue in GetHuman-maxsmomm's own words
Hi, my name is Elizabeth Mace. I ordered a HDTV from Wish.com back in March of this year. When I received the TV, the screen would not work. So I reached out to Wish and started the return process. At this point support was very helpful and sent me the return shipping label in a timely manner. However, I go to the post office to send it back and Wish had sent me a shipping label for a small flat rate box. Mind you I"m trying to return a **in HDTV. I was told by the postal service it would cost me over $*** to return the TV. So I reached back out to Wish numerous times and they would never send me the correct label. So then on June *st I get an email from wish saying my money was refunded and should be in my account in *-** days. Well it has now been a month and a half and I have yet to see my money. Every time I write they just give me the run around and say wait so many days, then wait so many more. I would really appreciate if you could help me. I have already filed a complaint against them through the Better Business Bureau. After I done that they will not respond at all and the BBB said they have reached out to them and have not received a response. Also, I have all the emails between Wish and I if that helps.
