I received my package today, but it was not the one I ordered. Instead of the long palette with 8 or 12 colors like the pictures showed, I got a small one with only three colors that I didn't choose. I'm disappointed as I worked hard for my money and this purchase didn't meet my expectations. How can I exchange it for the correct eyeshadow palette without additional costs?

I recently ordered a product from Wish that was in the process of being shipped. I checked the shipping tracking regularly, eagerly anticipating the arrival of my item. To my surprise, I received a notification stating that my order had been refunded and subsequently cancelled. I want to clarify that I did not cancel the order myself. I was really looking forward to receiving this item as it would bring me some joy. The reason provided for the cancellation was "Placed Order By Mistake," which is not the case. I'm hoping that the cancellation can be reversed, and the shipping process resumed. Although I noticed a price increase on the item, I don't believe this should affect my paid order that was already in transit. The product in question is a doll. I can provide further details once I receive assistance on this matter. Reordering is not an option for me as the current price is beyond my budget now.

Hello, I purchased an optic tablet that requires a SIM card for data connection, but my network doesn't support the required SIM for this tablet. I also ordered a CD burner for the tablet as an alternative to connecting to the internet. I've been attempting to return both items through the Wish site, but I've been stuck in a cycle of messages with customer support for a while now. They asked for tracking numbers which I provided, but now they're requesting the shipping label, which I don't have. I'm having trouble uploading a picture to the Play Store as well. I need assistance speaking to a live person. I have a similar complaint to others regarding a misleading offer of free items, only to charge for shipping. The website lacks a feature to save items for later, and I mistakenly purchased items instead of adding them to a wishlist. Now, I'm left with only store credit, which puts me in a difficult position financially. I'm upset because I don't have the money to spend again. I recently received my order of high-waisted chiffon pants, but unfortunately, the items are five sizes too small. I had ordered one pair in tan and another in white. Today, I reordered the correct size (2XL) but have since decided to cancel that order. I now need guidance on returning the incorrectly sized items I received today and would like a refund for them. I placed an order with reference number P[redacted]83 on May 29th, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Surprisingly, my order number is not being recognized, and it seems like one of the two pairs of pants I ordered was refunded to me without my request. I remember reaching out to inquire about my order in the past, but it seems there might have been a miscommunication due to the language barrier with the customer support team at Wish. I am concerned that my entire order might have been canceled because of this. I have faced challenges trying to get clarification, and it has been frustrating as it has resulted in financial losses and missed discounts. I am eager to know if my order is still on its way. As a retailer, I have encountered numerous issues with my recent order. I have not received some items, while others arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Additionally, items were not as pictured online, making them unsellable. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have not received any responses to my complaints. I am dissatisfied with the high shipping costs and lack of proper item packaging. I am considering disputing the charge unless these issues are resolved promptly. I need to return several items I have, but many of them are not showing up in my order history despite my attempts. Whenever I call your 1-[redacted] number, I am greeted with a recording and then get disconnected, which adds to my frustration. The quality of the items I received is very poor, and I do not wish to keep anything. I have already returned a wrongly sized dress that I had to pay for. I have tried reaching out about another item but received no response from the seller. Despite being told I do not need to return most items, I am feeling let down by the lack of assistance. As a senior citizen, I find all the excuses very disheartening. If my issues are not resolved soon, my next step will be to lodge a complaint with my credit card company to halt payments and escalate to federal trade commission if needed. This whole experience has been truly disappointing for me.

I ordered two items from Wish in April with an expected delivery in June. After contacting customer support, I was told to wait a little longer. When I reached out again after surpassing the due date, they said it was too late for a refund. I don't need a refund, I just want the products I ordered. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have not received any response from Wish. I've been diligently checking for updates, but unfortunately, Wish has only contacted me about their sale, not about my missing items. I believe if they can text me about a sale, they should be able to assist me with my issue. I'm feeling let down as a loyal Wish customer. I hope to resolve this and continue using their service. I placed several orders in April. I have received all my orders except for two of them. I missed the deadline to request a refund, which I understand. However, it is now July, and I still haven't received the missing orders. I would like Wish to help me track my order to find out where it is and where it was last delivered. If it was delivered, I need to know the location so I can follow up with my local post office. Is it possible to get this information? Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a notepad, but it didn't meet my expectations. Although I tried to return it within the first week, I had trouble finding the return process. Despite leaving negative feedback and expressing my desire to return the item multiple times, I never received a response. After spending many hours searching, I finally discovered how to initiate the return. However, the app now says it's too late. I still wish to return the item. I ordered a set of 4 walkie talkies from Wish. They were delivered to the wrong address and when I contacted customer service to have them resent, they closed the order and refunded me. Now, the price has increased. I need to know if I can provide my order number to have the items resent. Additionally, I haven't received the phone case and screen protectors I ordered, nor do I have any tracking information for them. My family is considering taking our business elsewhere due to these recent issues. We have been satisfied customers in the past but these recent problems need to be addressed.

I have been communicating and sending images. Now, I have been instructed to link my Google account for access, which I have completed. However, I have come across other inquiries I was unaware of, but to be brief, I recently received a package from the company containing what seems to be a security camera system. The package arrived today, July 11th, and inside were only cameras, wire hookups, and 4 identical packages in a single box. This is not what I had originally ordered, and I am quite disappointed. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter.

I am interested in purchasing a home security surveillance system with cameras and a display box. I would like to know if I need to buy anything separately to be able to record and view surveillance videos from my home on my Android phone. For example, if the system does not come with a hard drive, do I need to purchase one separately? The product is available at Guangdongzhoushikesiyou store for $85. I have had previous experiences with items from Wish not being as described, so I prefer to speak with a representative before placing my order to clarify my questions about the product.

I would appreciate some assistance throughout this process. Yesterday, I got a refund for a dress that I returned as instructed to receive the refund. I sent it back via the post office and incurred a cost of $3.75. Despite being told they wanted to check if it was worn, I doubt it was since it did not fit me. Along with other issues faced on this site, I believe I should also be refunded the $3.75 postage fee. Additionally, I am missing a few more items from my order history. I have been trying to get refunds for these missing items by providing photos and associating them with a similar item, but I keep receiving the same response to check my order history. This back and forth is frustrating, and I am exhausted with this situation. Consequently, I no longer plan to make any further purchases from this site due to the poor quality of the clothing and jewelry items. If you decide to shop here, good luck - they really need to make significant improvements.

I recently ordered a total of 23 cat trees from your company. I have experienced multiple issues with my orders being misrepresented and refunded against my explicit instructions. The cat trees were intended for donations to various no-kill shelters. Instead of the suggested solution of repurchasing at a significantly higher cost, a more ethical approach would be to offer an alternative color. I urge your company to rectify this situation promptly to avoid negative publicity. If the 23 cat trees I purchased are not delivered as promised, I am prepared to escalate this matter on animal support blogs, Facebook, and local and national news outlets. My daughter accidentally added more items to the cart than intended. We only intended to purchase a Harry Potter robe, and I request for the additional items to be canceled. When I tried to place my order by entering my credit card information, it went through automatically without giving me a chance to review or confirm. I wish the process allowed me to decide before placing the order so I could potentially add more items to my shopping cart. The promo code I used was supposed to give me 95% off my order and free shipping, but I didn't receive the free shipping and was charged for it instead. I am disappointed because if I had the opportunity to review before confirming the order, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. The customer support on the app is not helpful as it only provides pre-selected responses without addressing my concerns properly. I would appreciate it if the company could honor the free shipping promo and refund the $22 shipping fee. Moving forward, I hope there will be an option to review my order before it is automatically placed after entering payment information. I am looking forward to a response regarding this matter. Hello, I have not received several orders from Wish for my special needs students. We were looking forward to selling these items at our Christmas Workshop to raise money for presents. The missing items include Ginger Snap Jewelry, Leather Surfer Cuff Bracelets, Bohemian Snap Jewelry, and Alloy Auger Drill Buttons. It's disheartening to think that my students' hard-earned money has been taken without receiving the products. We really need these items for our fundraising event.
