I ordered * items from Wish in December ****. I went to the Post Office a few times since February **** to check if it have arrived. After that I went onto the app and I said that my parcels have not arrived yet. I didnt receive any notifications about my packages. I went back to the post office numerous times but obviously the parcels never got to the Post office. I e-mailed your customer support and was told that it was longer than ** days so I wont be able to get a refund. I do not think that is right. I have been waiting and checking at the post office many times because I thought I must just wait because the items are from overseas and I am in South Africa so it might just be taking long. I e-mailed again and just got a repeat of the previous message that Wish sent back to me saying i wont be able to get a refund. Every time i send a e-mail i get the exact same response so I am obviously talking to a computer. I think this service is pathetic. **I expect Wish to make a refund for the * items that I ordered and never received. The items I ordered are attached on the e-mail.**Please respond as soon as possible.
GetHuman-eliskara did not yet indicate what Wish.com should do to make this right.
