They had no answers how to fix the product so I want a refund. ... I have been messaging Wish about my defective smart doorbell for well over three weeks and suddenly no one will respond to my requests for help.
This product has been unreliable from the beginning and eventually became unusable.
This can be resolved by giving me a refund. If not I will be cancelling my account and shopping elsewhere.
I have been a Wish customer for * years and have never experienced such poor customer service until now.
