I ordered a phone from you like a month ago *st time I tracked it was in California it said it would be here on June *cnd. Never showed so I tracked it again and it said it had been delivered to a mail box in Compton California. Well I don't know how it got there I live in Louisiana. So I called your customer service and this foreign man answers and I explain what had happened . Well he persisted to be very rude said I had put the wrong address done and basically called me a liar and said the only thing I could do was get another phone are but a iTunes card and he would put half the money on it because the package had already been deliverd. I told him well it wasn't my fault it went to the wrong address because I have done a lot of business with wish and used the same address every time with no problems. And if I cancelled wish put the money back on my card. So with that I would like my money refunded.
I trust that Wish.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
