Give my grand daughter a nice *th birthday gift.*I ordered it in March. I need it for June **th. After * months it doesn't look good. ... I order a product for my granddaughters sixth birthday ( June) back in March. I got the package that was cut open, missing parts and not even sure I got what I paid for. I think I got the smaller size($**) I paid $**.**. I have sent them many emails. twice they responded. the first time asking for pictures, the second time to let me know they got the email. Never heard from them again, just a computer telling me the got my mail, but they haven't fixed the problem. I would take a refund at this point. Don't even want to EVER do business with them again.
This was ordered * months ahead of when I needed it. I paid $**.** for an item & they sent me the $** item. This was an easy fix. Either send the correct item, or refund it. What's the problem. Why is there customer service so bad ? !!
I want a refund! It says on the bottom of this screen that this issue was fixed! IT IS NOT FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not resolved !!!!
This is my first purchase with them. I will never purchase from them again & I will let everyone I know on all social media & where i live to not buy from them.
